Thank you. Sorry about that. There is no old business on the petition. So, we'll move to item number five, the new petition, BZA 2025-31. This petition uh received by our department was from Emily Morino. She's requesting a special use to operate a short-term rental. Um, we want the record to show that she has um completed all of the mailing and public notification requirements. Um, however, she is requesting a continuence in order for her to um pass her home inspection. So, the uh planning uh zoning department recommends um a continuance Since this is a public hearing, can we continue both?

Uh, I think since the notices went out for the public hearing today, we should open up public hearing, ask if there's any comments, and then we can continue the public hearing. Okay. That being said, uh, the public hearing is now open. Is there anyone in the audience interested in speaking for or against BZA 2025-31?
