ALAMEDA COUNTY PROBATION DEPARTMENT MASTER AGREEMENT

Authorize the City Manager to Amend the Master Agreement with the Alameda County Probation Department for City to provide services to At-Promise Youth and Families through Fiscal Year 2027/28 and to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $1,157,915.

CAPITAL PROJECT CLOSEOUTS

Approve the Closeout of Completed Capital Projects and Partial Defunding of Selected Projects; and Approval of Fund Reallocations and Appropriations Including a $13.1 Million Allocation to Support the Central Park Community Center Project.
