Adopt a Resolution Summarily Vacating a Portion of a Storm Drain Easement at 44235 Nobel Drive in the Bayside Industrial Community Plan Area (PLN2025-00092) and Make Findings of CEQA Exemption.
AWARD AND EXECUTE MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANT SERVICES
Authorize the City Manager to Award and Execute Master Services Agreements for On-Call Landscape Architectural Consultant Services to Gates Studio, Mennucci Design Group, and RRM Design Group, each for an amount not to exceed $1.25M over five years.

Authorize the City Manager to Amend a Purchase Order with Golden State Emergency Vehicle Service, Increasing the Amount by $85,000, for a New Not to Exceed Amount of $180,000 for Fiscal Year 2025/26
VETERINARY CARE AND SPAY/NEUTER SERVICES
Authorize the City Manager, or her Designee, to increase the Purchase Order with Aborn Veterinary Hospital for an additional $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $199,000 for Animals at Tri-City Animal Shelter.
