I move to enter into executive session for the conference with the town attorney for the purposes of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions under CRS section 24-6-424B and for the purposes of determining positions relative to the matter that may be subject to negotiations developing strategy for negotiations and for instructing negotiators under CRS section 24-6-424E regarding litigation to include the town manager Michael Brack, assistant town manager Sarah Katanzerite, and the town attorney Kent Whitmer.
