The Franklin Planning and Zoning Commission approved two development plans: a final plan for Flex Drive and a final plan for Bell & Cook 2 LLP for Franklin Place subdivision. The commission also discussed a preliminary development plan for 10K Land Company LLC for a data storage and service center, which was approved with several stipulations after extensive debate.
