Hey, Commissioner, before we vote on this, what you may think of, so once we do this, I don't think we can take this back. I don't know enough about it. And what I'm worried about is the property runs all the way up through the moon property. My big concern is when we get ready to develop that property and we're trying to get power, And I'm thinking it's going to take the high voltage, high wire power lines that are probably going to exceed what this elevation is that's in this. I think it's going to cause us problems. And we don't know enough about it. And I would like to hear from Winchester Power or Duck River, whoever services that area, to let us know once we do get power going to that area, how is it going to be in there. I just don't know enough about this that I feel comfortable voting. So if we go ahead like it is, I'm definitely going to be a no. I would almost prefer we table it. There's no rush to this that I can find, and we get some more information on it. So I guess I don't know if we have to vote on this. I think we've got to vote because there's already a motion and a second. I would ask that you think of tabling this so we can find out some more information about it because I don't want to mess up future commissions and maybe trying to develop that moon property for all of our taxpayers. And we've entered into something like this where we're giving the airport authority a right of way that may keep us from getting power into the place. So I'll shut up.

I don't think it's going to be a problem with the power, but I agree that we need some more information. I got some questions myself. I don't think that the restriction is quite as tight as what we, or maybe hearing it is. So I say we table it, get those folks in there and answer some questions, and then we'll go from there. So we'll say that.
