Okay, thank you. Next, we have transfer of the former Ivy Tech property.
Alicia, do you want to talk to us about this? Sure. Real briefly, this would be the city and the county transferring to SEAF for the purpose of Wildcat Creek Career Cooperative to utilize that building as a career tech center. This would allow us to... This would be an interlocal agreement that would provide that we pay for a certain portion of the maintenance, that we would keep the parking lot that is down on the lower level, but that we would transfer the rest of the parking lot up on the upper level. and the building and so with the county. The county has reviewed this document and to my understanding they are in favor of it as well. I did make some changes to what they had initially proposed and I sent those changes to them. SEIF would also sign off on this because they would be the ones receiving the money from the city and from the county for that maintenance and then Once we do that, then SEAF and Wildcat can apply for the Ready Grant to provide some updates to the building that are needed. The donation for a dollar of this building would serve as the match for the Ready Grant. So we're seeking approval of the interlocal agreement, and then we will also need a motion to authorize the mayor to execute any documents necessary to make that transfer when the time comes and they're ready for us to actually do the deed.
Does anybody have any questions? Okay, I'll take a motion.
I'll move to accept the interlocal agreement for the disposition of the Ivy Tech building. I'll second.
Roll call, please. Taylor Crenshaw. Aye. John Large. Aye.
Robert Stevens. Aye. Eric Woods. Aye. And then I'd also, if possible, like a motion to authorize the mayor to execute any documents necessary to facilitate the transfer.
