Motion to recommend City Council approve the Toll Brothers at Alder Creek project, including the Small Lot Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map, Planned Development Permit, Inclusionary Housing Plan, and Minor Administrative Modification, with an added recommendation for the City Council to consider a class four bike lane on Oak Avenue Parkway.
