Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Erie Junction Duplex Special Review Use with an added condition for the developer to build and maintain fences on the east and west property lines. The Commission also discussed proposed changes to the Town of Erie Municipal Code regarding landscaping to comply with state law and reviewed the upcoming joint session with the Town Council concerning Proposition 123 and affordable housing.
