Planning Commision - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved updates to the land development ordinance, including increasing the heavy vehicle weight limit to 10,000 pounds and allowing conditional use permits for heavy vehicles in residential areas. They also approved a temporary parking lot for Graham Riverside and a site plan for a Quick Trip building addition and renovation.
