Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The East Lansing Planning Commission recommended against adopting Ordinance 1572, which would have created a process for property owners to remove their properties from residential rental restriction overlay districts. The Commission also recommended approval of a site plan for a 12-story mixed-use development at 401, 421, and 427 East Grand River Avenue, and approved rezoning requests for properties north of Lake Lansing Road and 3859 Stoll Road.
