okay this is the East Lansing City Council special meeting of Wednesday September 9th it's 5 30 p.m the meeting will come to order could we have the roll call please Councilmember Whalen here Councilmember Meadows here Councilmember Singh here Mayor Pro Tem Grigsby mayor Altman PB, Peter Vitale & Here sir motion to approve the agenda move by meadows second by saying all those in favor say aye aye any opposed motion carries agenda is approved, is there a motion concerning both session. PB, Peter Vitale & Sorry, help me. I'll move to a closed session to discuss and consult with the city attorneys regarding following privilege and confidentiality. Confidential attorney-client legal correspondence is exempt from disclosure by state under MCL 15243. One, G, as allowed under subsection 81H of the Michigan Open Meetings Act. And two, consult with the city labor attorney regarding collective bargaining negotiations as allowed under subsection 81C of the Michigan Open Meetings Act.
