Boc Joint Planning & Zoning - Regular Meeting

The Douglas County Board of Commissioners and Planning and Zoning Board denied three out of four rezoning and special use permit requests, including a data center, a self-storage facility, and a dog boarding facility, due to concerns about environmental impact, traffic, and community compatibility. The board approved a special use permit for a residential care facility.
