Item 5A, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Doral, Florida, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial of or going forward without a recommendation to the local governing body, an amendment to the city's official zoning map from Industrial I to Corridor Commercial CC for plus or minus 1.5 acres for the property located at 2500 Northwest 107th Avenue, providing for an effective date.

Item 5B, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Dachau, Florida, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial of, or going forward without a recommendation to the local governing body. the adoption of evaluation appraisal report ER-based amendments to the comprehensive plan by amending the resiliency element, future land use element, transportation element, housing element, infrastructure element, conservation element, parks and recreation element, educational facilities element, intergovernmental coordination element, and capital improvements element by creating a new private property rights element and economic development element and updating the water supply facilities work plan pursuant to sections 1633191, 1633184, and 16331776C Florida statutes and providing for an effective date.
