Ordinance No. 34-26 (PZ-000667-2026): a City-initiated amendment to Chapter 8, "Special Implementation Programs" of the Land Development Regulations to enact a new Article 8.1 "Impact Fees" to establish impact fees for municipal facilities, police, fire rescue, water, wastewater, and stormwater management, and to move the existing parks impact fee from Article 5.3.2(C) to new Article 8.1, and to increase the Parks fee.

Street Naming, NW 12th Avenue (File No. PZ-000699-2026): Provide a recommendation to the City Commission on Resolution No. 108-26, establishing a dual name for a portion of NW 12th Avenue, a City-owned right-of-way (street) between West Atlantic Avenue and NW 2nd Street, to refer to the street segment as NW 12th Avenue / Weatherspoon Way.
