Community Redevelopment Agency - Regular Meeting

The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board discussed and provided direction on two Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the development of the Southwest 700-800 blocks and the Northwest 800 block of West Atlantic Avenue, focusing on architectural styles, building height, and affordable housing percentages. The Board also approved a work assignment for a feasibility study of a public parking structure at 362 NE 3rd Avenue and nominated Commissioner Markert as Deputy Vice-Chair.
