Here. Great, so I'm calling this public meeting to order. The time is now 3.02 PM. We are about to have an attorney client session in accordance with Florida Statute 286.011 regarding the litigation matter of Keith Tomei versus the City of Delray Beach, Florida, political subdivision of the State of Florida. Case number 2024-CA-005926. The session is estimated to last for 30 minutes, and the following people will be in attendance at this meeting. Myself and the City Commission members, Vice Mayor Angela Burns, Deputy Vice Mayor Tom Markert, Commissioner Julie Casale, Commissioner Judy Malika, Terrence Moore, the City Manager, City Attorney Lynn Jelen, our outside counsel, Tonya Haddad Coleman, and a certified court reporter. These proceedings will be recorded by the certified court reporter, and at the conclusion of all litigation discussed, the transcript will be made part of the public record. So all those individuals who I have just now named, if you could all leave the room and adjourn to the room back over here. You didn't say that part, but I just wanted to, during the room, I wanted to point to where they had to go. Good afternoon. We have concluded the attorney-client session.
