County Council - Special Meeting

We have a safe side. I will read this. As a recipient of federal funds and in support of different counties' efforts to insure discrimination and equal access to all citizens, the county gathers statistical data regarding participants and county activities. Therefore, we have provided a voluntary Title VI public involvement survey at this meeting. You are not required to complete the survey, however, the form is anonymous and will be used solely for the purpose of monitoring our compliance with Title VI and ADA. So prior to this special meeting with Devlin County Council, there was an executive session with Devlin County Council. The executive session was called pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 And that reads for discussion of strategy with respect to interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial commercial prospects, our government body. Of a political subdivision and section be 19. To have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege. I would ask him accounts for emotion. to start by that these were the only matters that were discussed and nothing else was discussed during the executive session.
