Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission welcomed two new members, Chris Pard and Guide Desai, who took their oaths of office. The commission then approved two ordinances: Ordinance 2026-1, which defines and adds "wine bistro" as a permitted use in certain commercial districts, and Ordinance 2026-2, which streamlines the application and renewal process for outdoor dining conditional uses. The commission also voted to change its meeting schedule to the third Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m., effective April.
