City Commission - Regular Meeting

The City Commission approved several ordinances, including one defining and permitting wine bistros in commercial districts and another simplifying the application process for outdoor dining conditional uses. The Commission also supported a Volusia County beach management feasibility study and approved an agreement for engineering services related to a park project.
