All right, I'm going to go down uh alphabetically by jurisdiction. If you can please uh list your name and whether or not you're an elected official. I'll just reiterate for items six uh excuse me, seven, and eight on the agenda tonight. Only the elected official can vote. So, if you are not one of those, uh you'll have to abstain from both. Next item is open forum. And uh I guess I would like to uh congratulate AJ. He has completed his uh uh master's degree program through the Naval Postgraduate School. Got that in December. They did that course and congratulations.

I uh congratulations. Some of you maybe don't remember uh the commission helped I guess kind of sponsor my application for that. It's a totally free program put on by the federal government and it was enjoyable 22 months of uh of deep learning and uh I know I've shared my thesis with most of you. If you haven't seen it, please uh let me know. Happy to share it. But again, I very much appreciate uh your support and uh allowing me to do that program. Stay here though. Los Angeles for some big city calls. Can't take any outside calls anymore.

uh so have not received any feedback on the fiscal year 2026 uh budget amendment. Again, this amendment increases the program's potential operational budget by $625,000 to facilitate an outdoor warning siren uh grant project that you may receive, not guarantee, but may receive prior to July 1 of 2020. um as we went over the budget kind of in detail in the last meeting so I will spare you that again but the total budget uh ends up being 1,756,320 of which the majority is grant revenue or expected grant revenue and $453,000 uh to be raised from taxation through the Dallas County Board of Supervisors.
