Industrial Park phase 1 portion number 29760 from Midland Estate Council. Mayor and council, I uh I make a motion to allow the city attorney um in regarding to uh to recapture uh the value of real property uh described as lot one, Crockett Industrial Park, phase one, parcel number 29760 from Midland Estates LLC due to default on contract.

Governor and Code section 551072. deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property with a a Texas Capital being described as partial number 16374. Uh, mayor and council, I make a motion that we move to seek uh, further information in regards to um to the uh, purchase of the property for ANA Capital and um, in deciding in in deciding whether we will um, we will lease the value of the property.
