Mayor and council, you've got a list of the planning and zoning commission in your packet. There are two members that their terms expire in September. They're both interested in serving again. Those are David Tyer and Greg Simon. Did any other

Um considering approve an ordinance amending uh chapter 19 utilities of the Crockett Code amendment section 1937 increasing the race for rental and commercial water service amended and section 1958 increasing the race for the residential and commercial water service containing a serability clause containing a repealing clause and providing an effective date. uh what what it is. We won't go through this one because it's a it's not written exactly worded as it should have been.

Yes, ma'am. Mayor, it came to our attention just a few minutes ago. If you'll read it says increase the section 1937 is for residential and commercial water. Then 1958 also says commercial water, not sewer. It should have been sewer. And I don't want to take that forward with a a typo in there to come back on the city. So

if if we was going to increase water, why would we increase sewer also? Well, water and sewer, they that was and we can talk about that since it's not going to be on agenda. We'll talk about that. But there are some handouts I did provide for y'all that will talk about the water and sewer. So when we come back, you'll have a little more information. And I'm also going to give you a copy of the water and sewer budget tonight, too. So when we come back, we'll have a little better idea to talk about it.
