Senator Ruth, can someone, if you can give me a few minutes, can someone read the list?
I'm here.
Can someone read the list?
I'm here. Can someone read the list? I'm here. Can someone read the list? I'm here. Can someone read the list? I'm here. Can someone read the list? I'm here. Can someone read the list? Commissioner Walker. Yes. Vice-Chairman Kamala. Yes. Secretary of the University. Yes. Commissioner Coffey. Yes. Commissioner Collins. Yes. Commissioner Brooks. Yes. Vice-Chairwoman Van Leeuwen. Yes. Vice-Chairwoman Van Leuwen. Yes. Okay, I am on the agenda to send a telegram. This doesn't mean it's a business. It doesn't mean it. But what we are here to do is to discuss and give direction to discussion on a master plan. Thank you very much for being here. to give a brief presentation, and then what our goal was for this evening was for a lot of you to come in to discuss the Hotel Master Plan revision, and the consultants asked some questions, some pre-tape questions for you, and then the focus was to have an open dialogue with the guests of the Master Plan with all of you present. And the team leader is with North Design, and he's the one who's leading the project and the consultants. Hello. Thanks for having us. So, we're going to talk about a story we heard. I told this story at the beginning of the project, and we figured it was going to be Mr. Brown, a city in Tucson, a community commissioner, and I know what it takes to be a community commissioner. So, I picked this meeting. So, thank you so much for being here. And we're going to talk to Mr. Brown, because I'm going to be getting some questions. up their name. So, I have a travel team, so I try to keep talking about it. I always find that, you know, it's a great thing to do. We've worked with five departments, four departments, and everyone that we've got, we're just very passionate about what it really is. It's actually, you know, seeing that family of It's been great working with them. So I'm very looking forward to what's going to happen. So we are the project we work on in Saudi. Working with us is Morgan Simpson. They are planning what is the right size room design for people in Syria. We are working with civil engineers on a project. I think that's such a good thing. We have access to a project, and we're going to follow it And we do have some things that we need to put down here. We can go in this, I don't know if you can see it, but it's a project area. It's got the same texture to the east, to the southern range, to the west. It has about 200 to 500 meters of east to mainstream, and 500 to 1,000 to west to mainstream. What do you think? What do you think of this? So, what we're doing here today, and what we'll cover, what we're really going to try to do is to appreciate this from the mainstream, and kind of examine the question on top here. So, here we have a kind of an introduction process, and then some of this, you know, we have put up on the screen so far. So, in fact, she was a special education in the 7th and 8th grade. And, of course, that's when the corporate governance came. So, some things we didn't even tell her to work. So, one of the things, as you may have already seen, is that we had to be very positive in the process of this. First of all, you point out this master plan is not something you assume unless you plan the transportation, unless you plan... And so, in French, it's more of a specific plan, a specific unit of plan. And so, master plan, of course, was sort of a general idea of the following policy. Conservation, revenues, mobility, public spaces, business, and, of course, implementation. And so, by reading input from the policy, from the implementation side, I saw character, revenues, and design, and mobility, and, of course, the planning and business side. for the region, and to absorb the news as well. So just as a refresher, I want to talk about his master plan as a guide for future decision-making. As the city is thinking about the potential values, working to improve them, where public investment should be focused, that private reinvestment could be supported, and what policies, projects, or research funding leaders may be needing to accomplish all of these goals and actions. Some of these questions are to do with the site training or use of the fortifying design methods, but it does fairly well to share a framework of policy and decision making in order to have an investment rather than reinvestment. So, uh, this is quite a bit of information. Obviously, we're trying to find out what's most useful and important places. So, it's a historic district, I think the history of the city, the history of the city, the actual history of the city, the actual history of the city, the actual history of the city, the actual history of the city, the actual history of the city, the actual history of the city, short-term growth, whether it's future dividends, public trade, or the long-term investment. So, you know, we're all interested, but you know, we're all on the same, you know, to say, I don't know, talking side, you know, we're all on the same side, we're all on the same side. And there is a lot, I don't know, much of a figure out, but there is an important issue that we need to discuss, and we said it, but the other issue that we need to discuss is the And so, you know, we use different things for different people. I think this is sort of popular news, which goes to the media itself. I don't think they're playing a special role, but I think they're playing a special role as community organizations. Everyone plays their own role. It's about what makes the players include. And our role is to take on the new play, synthesize it. So, I think that part would be a specific suggestion for us is to develop a clear and actionable master plan for any type of instrument connector. I'm still reflecting on this, but I have a vision. So, the plan needs to come to an end, but technically, we have a set of priorities for the course of implementation. It depends on what is the first framework we need to make available in the discipline. and sexual and economic elements, including parking, traffic, and circulation. That's sort of what we're thinking. Public spaces and civic areas. Historic character and design, compatibility, citizen properties and means, opportunities, facilities, freedoms, venues, and relations. And of course, business support. We have funding opportunities and social partnerships. So I was 14 years, I think it's been a little bit, I think I was 14, completed 10, and I think that's quite a bit of a report. I think it's very much worth looking at. in the first, which we've been started, public engagement, which we have already developed, transportation and circulation analysis. We've been involved in activation, parking management, waste operations, and we've had a public brand framework, so I'll give you a description of the public brand, what it is, and answers. And what we have been doing for some time, for sure, to enhance the environment. We then work at becoming a context where the patients try to, of course, define and support a doctor. So, where we are right now is in Chile. We've joined with many of the issues that we face here. started. We had a project pick-off, and it's been a good year. We've sort of sat through the rest of the year, and we've got a lot of promises that we can do to respond to and to conduct on. Some of our observations were completed and re-sorted, and some of the first part of the initial activities and back-end exercises, and we talked to the council about the project workshop tomorrow. And then we also want to start to meet with questionnaires. And we'd best have a Q&A to the public, but for now we're just going to explore the meaning of this point in time. But this morning took the survey to its final day. And so this year's answer today, we have had 150 responses to our survey so far, with So we've been working for two and a half weeks until it closes. So let's just get some out there right now. But if anything, John says there is going to be a one-year time period. So we're going to use some great teams, and we're just going to work our way through these, and I have no questions.
So what have we heard so far? We had a Saucer Council, one division of them, randomly come into the public question area. Once I told you this was what I had in mind, I didn't have some useful answers for you, but the Saucer Council went very well attended, and we had both women submitted here, and I believe we had about 65 of them here. We had a map in here, so it's sort of a service for people to put in questions. And so everything that we've heard so far, we've heard from the students, from the staff, from the parents, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, from the teachers, supporting local businesses, improving and redefining public spaces, gathering new areas, improving their community park, managing city and municipal properties, and addressing the maintenance, drainage, and rehabilitation. I have heard people, if you haven't heard all the time, or if you've heard so far, people mention historic buildings, and we've gotten to the right side of the fence. So, it's been really interesting to see what those experiences will be. building, and street-like building, lots of civic spaces, and again, places where you can use trees as art and water. Hence, cultural and community traditions, and then places that feel authentic to that world. And so, connections to building, what is currently working, because our hospital comes very close to New York, and so we want to build on that, on the track for them. So, I can very clearly point out that in the story, we're not going to do that. We're going to see a lot of interest rates, but that's an interest rate that we're going to find. And through the wayfinding of the signage, that has come up repeatedly. There are changes to the signage attributions. We have access to crossings, shade, and lighting. safety for bicyclists while they're accessing their classrooms. I have had traffic speeding to Horace County Main Street and Southern Streets. Waiting for bicyclists who were sitting in the same parking lot or in places for the house and other civic spaces. Many of these things are changing from foreign issues that were not great ones, meaning long-term and other one-and-a-half-year opportunities. As a research study, I've been interested in the properties of historic structures, particularly the one in Montreal that we saw in the historic 1925 spin-off. So, going from all the same type of data to the technical plan, following this kind of innovation that I've heard both sides of my head, which we need to be concerned about, the question here, or the answer to all of this, I think the first thing, which I've mentioned a lot of times, are big news, great information items, high-resolution cloud updates, and that's essentially why we're trying to improve our priorities. We're working on partnership opportunities that are trying to be developing, and I think potential So tomorrow, I'm going to give you an overview of what the activities will be for our first part of workshop. It's going to be Wednesday, July 15th. And I have the slide as well, if you want to go over it for a period of time. So finally, I'm going to talk about some services, realizations that we're going to be starting to do in the first week. And that's the first, the project platform. And mostly, we're going to be in there. And then we're going to be looking at, most likely, And we're looking at a little bit more of an opportunity to show you some of these locations. The one you will probably remember a little bit of just says, you know, one of the last projects that we're trying to find, places where it's buildings versus buildings, or places where it would be a horrible apartment, a hotel, a building, an instrument. We also asked for facial preference boards to get any feedback on how it works, to get a real impression of what it means to have no feedback from a facially promoted audience. Facial preference board is essentially set for the images or the objects that we're supposed to be looking at at the time, but that's just really what we're doing at the time. So, we're looking at a few landlords, one of them is experience where you can have best friends and have a number of new friends. And I think we have a broad range of exciting changes in the industry, which I'm very interested to understand what the community wants of us. We also have questions for the audience about what are the institutions that pay us, and we can go through these today, from black games, to, you know, So after this, we had questions for our workshop, which is to continue collecting questions, responses, and giving them to you, and to synthesize all the requirements so far for all of our engagement and connectivities. Moving on to the second part, which is for the team, which is for the management and the list, and to inform the stakeholder in the beginning of the meeting, who wants to be the stakeholder in the meeting. To continue technicality and coordination with city staff, by others. It is extremely important in finance to be able to have the right concepts and priorities. Once we have those right concepts and priorities laid out, we're going to come back in November to present those to the media to refine those for you. I'll pause here. is from President Blinken.
And I really want us to thank you for your time.
So where are we on the timeline? We report to the U.S. Marine Corps on the 3rd of July through September 26th, and it's going to continue during the staff interviews and it's going to the State Board of Discussions, and it's going to report press releases to the U.S. And close to the end of July, in September, we're going to start looking at the reform talks. So I'm trying to be as objective and solid as I can be. It should be fine. I don't know what some of the other people in the room are interested in, but I'm excited to see what it is going to look like. Okay.
I have some questions.
I'm going to take them one at a time.
I'm going to take them one at a time.
I'm going to take them one at a time. from one source to another. But what are the most important issues to explain to us? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Actually, I told him when we talked today, we'd like to move on to the end of the week. But that is all for today. We're done. We're going to move on to the next one. Last quarter, we're going to move on to the next one. We're going to move on to the next one. We're going to move on to the next one. We're going to move on to the next one. We're going to move on to the next one. We're going to move on to the next one. 45 or 50 names on it so far. And the point is, it's safe for them to be exempt when you get an email from many different sources. It's many different ways, often, working from home, and it's safe for you to refer to many members. And I've never done it twice, but it's a really good way to sort of park it and make it safe for them to be exempt from any general requirements. The most important issues which we're trying to address, trying to do, is the fact that we're training from the best of our systems at home in the area. And so any questions of what happens to the buildings that were named and what happens in the area, this is not a decision that I can make. I think that we should pay attention to the activity part. Most people have been looking at why people want to develop into something else that's not piece of art. And it's got so much potential. And right now, sales are pretty sluggish with all the stories going on. And if we can bring tourists in where they spend time at this remarkable activity park in the shade, and they can walk around with plants and flowers, Maybe see more concerts, because it's more usable. It'll bring more tourists to the area, and I think revenues will definitely go up. The last opinion we had about that one officer, she said that when they put historic signs in, they upgraded the area, dropping 30% more tourists into the area. Okay, we're going to continue to talk, we're going to continue to visit. And maybe that's a question that's about a way to deal with these institutions, which is seeing a better way to deal with these institutions is if you bring our residents in a little bit closer to a level of sovereignty and employability, it's not strictly for immigrants. You will not just put a worker on the back. we would like to do to all of them. So, you know, when it becomes your matter to us, those of us who work here for a very long time, much longer than we do for the business, who are on the line with some of these things. And I think that's a strategic choice, which is not done well to, when it's not done well to, because it's done well to, who is who? Yes, we've wanted to be an editor-in-chief in reference to the citizens and the citizens' services that support our citizens. But at the end of the day, I think in terms of some of the strategic choices we're going to make, There's a choice that has to be made about resilience, because there's always going to be a really different resilience to prepare you. At the same time, it's a very important issue. As I learned today, as we were just saying, that we should also keep the Western context in mind. If we are to be a man, what do we need? a long way to go to London. And we have a lot, we have a long way to go to London. So if you've got much to do for me, what do you want me to do? I'm going to come here for about a day, and we're going to go to London. And I think it should be a place that people say, I'm coming home. I'm in some place in the United States. So to me, it's a great opportunity. And we should not hold ourselves back by the fear of becoming forgotten. I think that retail is a place that right now people spend about two hours in. They go out to lunch, they go, you know, they go to a store, they go out to a hotel. And I like to see people spend time together, go out to lunch, go to a store, and then do other things there to make more activities possible for residents and jobs. Can we hear from business owners for that? particularly on, you know, some of these things. And they never go back to the way it was when I was a kid. And I still feel that connection is a key for me. I don't want to get, I don't want to capitalize on the good beyond. I want a new connection. And I want to create one. And I want to open it up to me, to give it a stranger to be in. And no matter the difference of place that you're in, And, you know, for me, what concept came to my heart from the conversation was child abuse. I mean, because of the nature of the place we live in, because of its purpose for me to bring to the city, and the desire to keep it as a public land, rather than, you know, these sellers are offering too much of this and that, you know, for that single market. And, you know, I don't think that, and this is what I want to tell you, when, you know, what we really want to do, and it's so much success for people too, to come out here and enjoy this city rather than, you know, just, you know, show up in the night. So, you know, that's what I'm doing. Yeah. I'm not saying you need to try. I'm just saying, I think that's an important thing, actually. You know, we are, you know, very tough, very difficult, you know. You've got to be willing to go. And you've got to be willing to go. So that's about my point. And I want to point out, you know, I want to say, you know, you know, I don't know who you are, but I don't know what your point could be.
We have to mention, as we head over to the webinar, it's not just about us having fun with it.
So the more successful we are, and having 30, 40, 50 people with us all the time, we're going to go to other spots because we need to do the same thing. So let's see. But I think it's really important to know that if you don't know, if you don't believe in God, why do you believe in God?
If you don't believe in God, why do you believe in God?
If you don't believe in God, why do you believe in God? If you don't believe in God, why do you believe in God? of the new forms of algorithm from the first question. OK. We have a story on this. Story. or much better today, and this includes a lot of communication at some point, and the difficulty with records from this second high school, which all tend to be forgotten websites, which are different resources. So I try not to sit down and maybe get into more of the specifics. What are some of the specific values that are still running for tourism and culture? You can be honest with me. I think the first thing that comes to mind is just to be I mean, it's so important to me. I mean, it's so important to me. I mean, it's so important to me. I mean, it's so important to me. I mean, it's so important to me. I mean, it's so important to me. I think the reason why we're doing it is that we're benefiting from the tourists who come to Virginia.
So let's do it.
If you're going to do this, then how can you expect more of those people, and maybe to, I would say, help them not to be so relaxed to be a big part of what's happening everybody is known, you know, we talk about all time being dead or alive, but this conference here is not going to end up like that. People are out, they're losing their state power, they're being barfied by the land. And that's my own opinion, because this place for the community, for residents, that is well used by the community, to just die like that. No, I mean, I don't think there's actually a common spirit, either one. I think that what shows the way to do things is visible, and what shows the way to do other results is also visible, I think. There really isn't competition. And the reason I mention that to begin with is because I find it a little bit worrying that we're always talking about old town and new town and we're only talking about people from some other town. And they're certainly not the case. We all, you know, we live here and enjoy our old town. 18 hours a day is a waste of income and it's too early to do that. And we look for new things to come to them. Some things we haven't started buying back at that point. So, you know, it's not just for one occasion. It's for the benefit of everyone. And that's, I think, our focus as well. to remind them that, you know, what do we all want? What do we want for ourselves? And what do we want for ourselves? It's so important that other people want to join, too. Right now, there's a lot to be said for one time. It seems to be important for real lives, for the five or six years to come. But, you know, there are a lot of states where they can't change. For instance, what we're calling the changing point used to be the bathroom. That used to be the sport center. That's where the park cement was located, in which now the basement is a bathroom. And now we still have the basketball court there. I think a basketball court would be a better off game here where the sports are going on in a lot of different areas that are not as interesting to the target group. And, you know, doubting your kid doesn't mean helping them. For example, for us to create spaces for people to enjoy, to walk around, to be in love with the things that they do, to feel adventurous, to help, you know, enjoy some central feature on a platform or something like that. And so those are the things that, you know, my main focus as an author is not so much, you know, pages that I'm going, I'm going to, um, to read, share, and read as well. It's, it's not one block, though. It's not one piece of paper. It's a video. But the sense of balance in this is, oh, we're sitting here like, we're not going to do that. That's this. We're not going to do that. I don't think we're going to do that. I don't think we're going to do that. We're not going to do that. So we use that, but then it's really, this is the way we do it.
It's really, really good. Thank you.
Thank you. One thing that I want to comment on first, And I'm hoping that we can identify what is old town and what isn't. Can you kind of tell me some words that describe what is old town and what is it needing to kind of be refurbished? days, we can use those, for whatever reason, to say, this is what, this is how we're doing, and this is the character we're playing, that we want to sustain, and know that we might want to say to them that we want that with us, like, coming forward. Do you see what I'm saying? That's what I'm saying. And I think that's, you know, one of the most important things, because I've heard this from others, like my mom, and year old and four and a half old, and I guess that's the kind of thing that we should be supporting each other with, right? We should be supporting each other, and that's what I like to do. In the last 50, 60 years, what's changed?
What's their decision?
And so that's one of my projects, actually, is find a place where we all have a little bit of a little bit of strength in the project that we're in. Find a location that you remember, and find something that's important for us to be in. And that's what we're here for. I think it's, you know, I hear a lot of people saying, we've got a lot of difference today, but how do we make sure that we're having a day that we're not progressing towards the kind of stability that we have today? who come to define you, you can also claim for something that it isn't. It isn't really possible for us to gain some position back to the United States. limited space to design for one thing. You know, we've always dreamed of mostly classic bicycle rides, but there are so many cars, you know, anything you can imagine riding on a car will make a difference to any car. How much of a community feel will you be able to create?
But I also have a very whiteboard-like brain, so to speak.
And even if you can get rid of it, even if you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, you can get rid of it, So the most good time, and it's just going to be a little better. I don't know what that's going to be, but it's going to be a little better. I think I can come up with something. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. in other cities than what it looks like, and it's very open for the industry. So I see the same challenges from Sea of Beans. Not as much as you really would count for, but even some of the superstars that I've heard, and all those photos, So it's not just about the streets, the people live. So we drove in and tried to have a contact before we saw the spot that somebody left. So there's a challenge for those of us who have been in the same area. If I just got here, it wouldn't be the first time, and then sometimes it might be the second. So it was really clever of them to stop being here. The places that I've seen earlier, I wanted to have more entertainment. It's just how you really want to have students on the spot. And that's what our goal is to improve your technology. I'm always looking at the first part of theory. The thing that's going on in your library is the process. And some of you say, oh, they don't even have a car. I feel like to you, that's just a dream. So I think it's important to have an effective response to that. And really, you really feel like you're stepping back and trying to work. computers you want to move, and most of us want to do. But instead of trying to do what you're going to do, kind of just do your thing, it's so likely to do the first or second. So you really start with the questions when you get up in the morning, because it's such a good time. And then the last struggle is, I think, because we've heard over these last few weeks, I just really wanted to talk to you about some of the things that are very, very important to me. I think it's quite simple. It's just like a lot of places. I hear it quite often. So anyway, this one is for you.
So the next question I have, what should the city be careful not to lose?
I personally think we want to sustain that and build and grow on that in a smart way
so but i think we're all kind of struggling with like how do you describe that like what is that and and i thought before today's meeting i'm like i can't figure out how to describe that in words that's why i'm hoping you can help the old town feel and the old town look yeah i think it's i mean i've lived here since 1967 and
A lot of that old town that's there right now doesn't look like the old town when I first moved here. I'll be honest. We're losing it and that's a shame. So we need to try and preserve the look that we have and getting new business or keeping the businesses that we have.
I agree with Steven. I think that we are losing that old town feel a little bit by a little bit. We're losing historic buildings. We lost a really important one last year, the Clems building, and that street does not look the same. We lost a lot of its character. And if we lose one historic building one year, one in the next, one in the next, we'll just be a cute little town that, you know, it's, the history is lost. We have so much history. And, you know, any signs that show that history, up and down Main Street or the Activity Park, I've had so many tourists come up to me and say, this place looks so historic, but there's no signs explaining it. So I think we really need to hold on to that amazing history that we have with Cologne and Parkdale and the smelter and so many things about this reference point. Yeah, I agree.
Things like walking tours, more signage, and placards up on the walls that said what this was here in Old Town would help out a lot.
Also, things people can do that don't involve eating or drinking I think would be a real plus. I think part of the culture in Old Town that I appreciate is that it's a little slower paced.
You go there, and you can slow down, and you can enjoy it at a pace that is relaxing and calm and peaceful rather than pulling through, rushing by. And so, if we can hold onto that as well, that, you know, welcome, slower pace, stay away, and take a few little turns.
This kind of goes along the same concept in the next question as well, but there's things like John Wayne was there. Elvis was there. We used to have peacocks if you've ever done the sidewalk. So you have to be careful out there.
It's a question. The glitter factor. A lot of people don't know that. The glitter factor is a serious illness, but people don't know that. It's nearly the same in the cloud that I'm in right now. It's a fog. So I think a lot of this is part of the marketing. You know, we're going to use a lot of different things in this visit, isn't it? And we need to kind of focus on one thing more and go like that. Once again, I want to thank you for your time. involved is, when I think of the hotel, I think it's local, local business owners, local owners, local staff. And I just found something that's not in a perfect place. And I think that's a significant part of the hotel in character. And so I would be excited to see, I think there's, as Mr. Powell has said, some other communities that have been involved, and I'm excited to see you know, trying to reach out and say, I just want to come in, or something like that. You know, we just did a story about, for, just for what I'm hearing, I don't know whether this is a presentation, but an anti-historic place like, you know, Malaysia, and two others that are that we all feel in the cloud room isn't one for the locals, isn't the people in the cloud room.
The feeling that you get when you come away is truly bad. Is it just to the locals? It's not.
It's to the people that you're building, to the people that came in before us, who created the cloud room, who brought it in, et cetera. But in the end of the day, I think that's definitely true. It's been my journey to see what those are like. Those things don't really concern me. But I'll point out that this is essentially a three-part, it's valuable information when it comes to historic preservation and protectionism. There are four different historic preservation studies that have been done as an ambassador and have served as an excellent guidance document to help us decide what is, and what isn't, what is, and what isn't, what is, and what isn't, and what isn't, and what isn't, and what isn't, and what isn't, this sort of context that we all live in. And that comes down to the cultural landscape, which is a term you're used to calling, but it applies here because we all live in, this is my cultural landscape. I love you. Thank you so much. And this is my cultural landscape, and that's what I want my kids to have. And we're still here. And for years, I went from saying, that's the odds and odds situation, and that can't be, and that's an irresponsible thing to do. And I said to him, the principle that has to be considered for making this outcome happen, and I think it's such a important one, that you guys are using it well, is far, far between the human life and the awesome, which is the simple existence of the purpose that we encourage and respect for, and the ability as a human being to live it. So if there's a new model that comes into play in the security moment, that means that God gives you the responsibility to do whatever you need to do to make sure you're trained.
And then we can use our guidance documents and say, OK, this building, you know, it's pretty good for you.
I'll let you go. You're the best one. Best one. If you can show that you're the best one, it's enough. I don't want to say, you know, sometimes you have to go away for something else, you know, because the new stuff helps you encourage the businesses that are really going to explore it better. I don't think, I work in the U.S. and Arizona, but I'm a senior senior. I don't think there's a better friend that I've talked to because I've said I love Cottonwood. That's the first thing on my mind. When you're in Cottonwood, you're going to love it. And this doesn't mean that I'm going back and on and on and on. I love the castle work. I love Cottonwood as a resident. My friends are going to hear about Cottonwood and either one of those things. I'm Frances . Representatives from municipalities across the state.
And as we've met many of these people and they say we're from Cottonwood, the first thing out of their mouth is I love Cottonwood. which just warms our heart. We also had a consulting group come and visit the city, and they said as they came around the corner from the south to the north, coming around where the belfry is, and they came down the street, they said it felt like coming into a Hallmark Channel movie, like Main Street America, you know, personified or pictured.
great and so the next one we kind of touched on this a little bit I'm sorry I can't see your name encourage respectful rehabilitation of historic buildings building on that that's great okay so the next question is very specific which places properties streets public spaces or views need more focused discussion
And if we have a bias, if we don't continue this discussion, then the discussion will be over.
It's over. It's over.
So now we've had a discussion about the last department, so that's good. I'm going to do something at that point. And that's what you're going to get around it. It's going to trigger you. You're just processing for the time, and you're going to work for it. You're going to be moving it, but we're going to let this go. That's what it is, and it brings us together. And you want to, and it's going to find you. I don't want to. I want to. I want to see a lot and be something more. History, in general, is rather meant for the ones who wish to do what they do. And I can also tell you, one of the incentives to have I don't think it would take much to find the other one. And I think that's something we should not lose and try to keep away from and help them to learn about them. And since I have these federalist properties, I've had people who've been used to sort of disrupt the way they are. The other part of that, it's such a huge drive. I know it's very cool that people come here. You know, they're going to all of this, you know, take those up on top of the building, and how the life's going to be. allowed people to do something different. And I feel proud of them. I don't know about you, but I do. I mean, it kind of hits people in the face, you know, but without them using those properties and keeping them in order, I mean, it's a great pride of the school, I think, too. I think we should focus on serving the old city walls in the Mariana building. They went up until 1925. They have not, they're pretty much left on the outside and the inside. My concern is if they got sold and my concern is if they're not knocking down. I think there's a wonderful reach for retail and I think that we should make sure that we don't lose those resources. I think that when it comes to food, If you sit up like that, not very much, but not by the hair, and you look down through the city, you'll see a lot of different people in the room, some white, young people, folks. And I don't know if it's the same in all of the schools, but it's the same in all of the schools. And it's the same in all of the schools. That would be a great way to turn some of our new things to, I don't know, a similar kind of thing, but pretty beautiful to use for a new job, a new job for you, or something you want to talk about doing. We've been spending a lot of time focusing on some of the more technical, much further aspects, which is important. I think that's something that the whole district has referred us to, and it's for sale. And one thing that comes to mind is that at one point, years ago, not too long ago, during the year 2015, there was this movement in front of the entertainment district. I think it's related to the fact that the old orchestra, the festival orchestra, moved south. There was some energy of activity placed towards making it into an entertainment district. And it wasn't successful, obviously. But if we think about how the arts entertainment district is going to somehow... I mean, we have a lot of very gifted residents in the world is very consistent with, you know, the idea of, of communion and of, of, because there would be several of you, if you say, but you're saying, but it's a perfect question, right? You just don't say, and that's what I'm going to do. And that's what I'm going to do. And that's what I'm going to do. And that's what I'm going to do. And that's what I'm going to do. serious about that way of finding markers and stuff. I'm not sure what else we can talk about, but what is planned right now in terms of I know it's troublesome, but it's ongoing discussion at this point. It's one of the questions that has been asked. And so we're going to do that. We're going to do some of the things that we want. Some of the things that we want to do. But that is one of the questions. And how we're going to do it, we're going to have to plan.
on all kinds of things.
But there's a lot of ideas about the things that we're going to try to do, isn't there?
It depends on what people do.
It's not always your time, whether it's a one-on-one, but you've got a presentation, a one-on-one, you've got a meeting, you've got a study, you've got a study. But I was watching a big hit that was this week, and it was the movie that you call it, it's called Walking. It's short, Walking, but I think it's a great movie. I think it's a great movie, too. It's a good movie. It's a good movie. It's a good movie. It's a good movie. So we have some of the hard questions that we have been talking about, and we have been trying to be clear as much as we can. And one project that we're working on is going to be sponsored by the U.S. The U.S. is going to be sponsored by the U.S. The city is going to be sponsored by the U.S. The city is going to be sponsored by the U.S. The city is going to be sponsored by the U.S. and working with them to help us improve on the scale. But there's ways we can change the size of that model from, you know, wherever you're from, basically. And obviously, it's not something that I would use to, you know, test the technology and try to modify it, but it's not something that I would do. That's something that we, as researchers, have all been able to do. So it's amazing to see the work that we're doing. It gives us some recognition to kind of explain what it is that we're trying to do with trees, or whatever it might be, or something in that kind of way that we can do. Thank you for this famous question. Also, I've heard you say many times, you know, trees would be great, and that's your heartbeat. There are lots of trees, and you can see lots of trees throughout our town.
And there's a lot of trees. There's a lot of trees. There's a lot of trees. There's a lot of trees.
There's a lot of trees. There's a lot of trees.
There's a lot of trees. There's a lot of trees.
There's a lot of trees. There's a lot of trees. There's a lot of trees. I think one thing on the streets topic that could benefit from more focused discussion was, do we want to make the whole time that these commercial districts want pedestrian friendly, obviously safer, do we want to make it less of a service frame lists for the European cities, which are totally closed off, and they're used to essentially change that. But obviously, you know, I'm not advocating for this, I'm just saying, you know, should we think about a different approach? You know, so, because I have heard from some business owners about, to the point where
on the other side of that, and I'm asking to put my life on the line as a student.
You know, for me, the company would be a little bit of a pedestrian, if you could sort of kind of climb a step on the other side of the street, and you kind of look at the street, and you're like, wait, is there a car? Is there a car in the street? some of the billions that public buildings are maintaining, that they, you know, I'm scared that I could hurt somebody, and so how can this mention that they are all unremembered ones, and that they didn't want to travel, and they said, well, it's a nice place, and I'm going to send it, and this is what we're going to follow as well. And I'm sure it's a great way to start. is really something that you don't want to be playing often the idea of closing the center of the whole time, so only it is there for a second, is so crazy that it really doesn't deserve further study. Further study. Is it worth it further study? No, it is. That's it. Really, that's it. We have to go. And then we have to I disagree with that message, but we should decide against it right now. I'm saying, if it actually makes it, it's fine. If it's fine, it's done. If it's not, it's not conceivable. And no, it's going to do it. But if you want to demonstrate to us that intelligence is all the time, then if you look at it, it has to be. It's not too crazy. But I do want to say that throwing out crazy ideas, a lot of great inventions, and a lot of great physical matters. Utterly crazy ideas. If you listen to the two first words, which were really, in fact, really good to have on the screen, I'm sure there's a lot of people in the audience who believe that, but I don't know. It's pretty important, isn't it? Not to reject this idea, In a lot of cities and towns, I've been to some, but all the time, they don't do this to get a point. They blame them. They have such a problem with it. We're going to take a look at it, and we're going to try to fix it, and that's what we're going to do. But that question is another option to be able to think about. So, I've been to this for a time, and I'm not telling you just because. It's difficult because we're sitting here talking about old time, like it's a bubble, and I'm afraid that it's falling, but sometimes we don't want it to change. And I think it can be fragile because it's working really well in one way. It's issues which, you know, it's all about issues, right? So when I hear talk about defining it as bothersome to me because it means you're defining it and you're just starting to decide what it's going to be in the future instead of allowing it to evolve. I remember when the post office was in the city, and when the post office moved up, I mean, it was down in New York. Everybody said, oh, John's going to die. He's going to die. in time. The X-ray system, the gas system, the oil companies were done. The water company was done. It was a common structure. And if you want to know what it looked like almost 100 years ago, or even 100 years ago, you can go look right now. It doesn't look much different today. It burned down towards, it started building buildings out of concrete in the 20s. And it is what it is. It comes from buildings. We haven't changed them. There's been a quote, maybe some facade here and there, but it is what it is. I mean, everybody keeps saying, you know, the whole town's going to die. And yet it's always constant evolution. Because I can remember every visit to India is special to so many people that are not even from here. Possibly, we get buses getting ready to drop off along the whole journey. And so Germans or Japanese or Chinese and they walk up and down the street and they're on the ball.
Because they don't have anything.
than you would want. And yet, we're going to have to control it. That's why I said to all of us, if they try to decide, you can't. If we didn't decide, we wouldn't have done it. I disagree with too many motivation, too many bristles. That's what brings the people that you're going to be removing out of those restaurants and windows. You're going to remove all the customers that won't come to the stores next door to you. And that's what keeps them alive. And I agree that I like that old town is one of the businesses that are mostly local people. But that's also where your close the door types are going to be. because they don't, so they're not sticking around. They've been there since 9 o'clock in the morning, 10 o'clock in the afternoon, and this morning. I think, I love the idea of taking the uses of the park away from site to put them on a lot of field. The problem is Saturday, Friday, and Sunday, there's no room for parking. So you're trying to find people to get there even if you wanted to, because there's no places to park. And it sounds very vibrant. And it's got to be something that you're celebrating. That's the place that basically we have, of course, just three or four or five that you sometimes don't want to play music in. But you can't find that anywhere else. And it's valid. It's true. I think sometimes we love something so much, we try to figure out how we can control it so that we can mutually protect it. And I think all of this is just one of those things that just continues to evolve up and down over the years. And we haven't controlled it. It's done and done. This is the way we have to be. I think to some extent, we need to continue to evolve and evolve and evolve. belongs, because in terms of true belonging, right? So I see it as closing down meetings for a few years, and I think we're kind of missing something, you know, maybe in one way. The problem is when you have two other streets that can push back traffic too long, if you walk down the other side of the road, that they're not someplace you want to send it to. Not if you want to come back during time. We don't clean up all the streets, so there's a problem there with meeting people from the And that's the only place where we actually like to keep going. So I don't know. I think we have a really unique industry. Commercial business owner being someone who can continue in the industry, industrial industry, industrial. I've been looking forward to the city of Los Angeles, even though we're not going to be there soon. But I'm also a little concerned about how that is going to change. I think we're going to have to think about it in a different way than what we're going to think soon. Yeah, but I think we're going to stay for a while. I think we're going to stay for a while. I think for all of us, it was very opportunistic. There were no options at that time, which is why we couldn't do it at all.
And I think it was really, really sad.
You know, the threads stuck together all the time, because it was really, really natural. And there was always, like, you know, outside of that, And even the Halloween, the Halloween weekend, the weekend thing that we were going to have been, the emotional time, trying to move, you know, stay at home with your friends from the weekend. So now we can include all of our friends from the day before that. So everybody can have time. And I think, you know, what we, I don't think we want to. I don't think we want to. before anything like the 19th century, these things start buying. And what do you do? Well, all you do is you just, I think, use your wealth and opportunities to get back to hell, or to hell, or something. And you don't have to do such a thing. You don't have to do such a thing. You don't have to do such a thing. that you've been following. And I have seen those things. You know, it's a great thing. It's a great thing. It's a healing thing. on a metronome, just on a specific public basis. And we saw a really great host of other public restrooms during the middle term. I think it would be really nice to have another step again, if you have a man like that, that is here for you, though, and can institute that, that could, you know, we could have a little shop, if possible. If I may just build on that question from the start, you know, one of the things that I think is a big draw for me is not getting the contract to be released this year. And it's just different. It's different. Okay. Thank you very much. We take this from the real world. We define reinvestment, right? So reinvestment of our space, and we drive the reinvestment. That's what we're doing. Then once it comes down to transportation, then we're going to come down to transportation and investment. That's what I'm talking about. That's what I'm talking about.
That's what I'm talking about.
Yeah, I don't do that. I don't see a lot of trade-offs. I really don't see a lot of trade-offs. I think that I would like to have things that kind of potentially build from that. However, there are certainly There are certain areas that are not preservable at this point, and there are things that are really hard to manage in order to accommodate the need for economic development. So there are certain things that I respect, but I don't think it's a great solution. I'm not going to do that. This is not going to happen. I'm not going to do that. What do you think about that? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. But I really think that it would be a great piece of history. And I don't really mean more than just, you know, kind of put off abrasions on the right, but actually step through the door and to be at the seat where it's hard to pull off for many You can't look at groceries, but also look at where are some of the other places that you can go? What about when you have to cut down to the copper machine? What about, what's the way you want to do it? Find out, you know, what would take you to the grocery machine if you wanted to know? Take a step out of the bubble. Then you'd know it's not on. It's not all just about what's happening on the internet. It's about what's happening broadly on the internet that's attractive to people. And I know that December's Congress has talked incredibly about how important it is for people to just walk up to each other. You can be on the app on your phone, too, and you can go to, you know, where would I like to go to? I mean, now that I've learned to read history once, I have to stop. And, you know, I will be attracted, like a great attraction to a children, that they're not all on one table. They're in on one table. So we want to be able to help people connect with what is important to them. And that's why it's really key to me to, you know, they seem to know exactly what the job people are into, but we want to bring that down to something that's attractive. And having the same thing, an old-time same thing, where the community co-developers want to entertain the community co-developers, And you know, as I said before, we've been very afraid of using, you know, we've been very afraid of using, you know, we've been very afraid of using, you know, we've been very afraid of using, you know, we've been very afraid of using, you know, we've been very afraid of using, you know, So I think one of the trade-offs we see, both of them said, is the old Queens building. And that was a trade-off between the Queens building, the Michael Evans, and it was a trade-off in the sense that some historic look and feel of all times with, you know, store chains. So that's going to be what one of the challenges that we face as we build it, as we're building it to come back to how are we going to handle the changes that are coming through, how are we working on it, or are we going to about changes that may or may not have occurred in your story, and what could be in certain places. So I think that's something that we need to really think about. I like to point out that I don't see that as a requirement here, but that I'm feeling it. And I think that's going to occur in future institutions. I think that government could have been rehabilitated and started that I'm going to buy them a business and buy most of this for the character. In the end, what you're saying is that you're going to buy it, and you're going to buy it, and you're going to pay for it, and you're going to buy it, and you're going to pay for it, and you're going to pay for it, and you're going to pay for it, and you're going to pay for it, and you're going to pay for it, and you're going to pay for it, and you're going to pay for it, and you're to start walking toward those things, and to go along with the path that we've been following, and to get started on walking towards what we're going to do. So they did a fantastic job, and I think that's why we're here today. One of the things that we're working on, and one of the things that I think is really important to be working on, is that, I'm not sure what this was, but this was a really bad example of this, and now we're going through some tough days, of the podcast, at least we still do, we work together and train people so that after a lot of the resources we get and what it's going to be like, how long it's going to be, we just get one new market, one new type of market, and see how it works for a while. It's going to have all the different issues between Q3 to Q4. hard work and the quality of the product. It is here in the United States right now. I think the reason, the reason why I'm here is that I'm free to produce, I'm able to make it. But here's the other thing, here's the other thing that I would like to mention, is that I'm part of a commercial product service. The other thing I would like to mention, but I actually should like to mention, is that we have a platform that puts us up to that mark. And when I'm there, quite, you know, when we start out the problem is that we're probably going to have a lot of customers that bring in some of the things that we do have in the library that are in the system. So, this is kind of the way we have that type of equipment in the library. Thank you. I have a question I would like to ask. The book that we have, I can't remember the title, but it's kind of what they talk about at the end of the slide. It says that and it's influenced the part, you know, it's so closely related to us. So there's not a whole lot to do tonight with the government. This is just a hard one to study. So it's been a lot of year to do such things. So there's a number of guys who are pretty close to our team. It's a good place for us to run, but you're highly, highly likely to miss the heart. And that's a great point. can you do some essential work in your restaurant? So it's all about essential social work, and that's another one of those things. What's the basketball court to, at the same time, to see what we're doing? I think the money starts at the grocery store, and then it starts at the grocery store, and then the grocery store would be, I'm sorry, not grocery stores, but the money that starts at the food court. I'm sorry, I didn't hear what you were saying. And how did it improve what you're talking about? What do you think? What do you think? What do you think? But one thing we can use most of it now, that one movement, one movement, one word, and most people can realize that they're trying to get what they want. We really are moving forward with a major project, which is, this is just a It's, you know, we've got different buildings for different purposes. And, you know, we've got a building in New York City that we haven't yet sold. So, you know, I mean, yes, we need the things to get to order, to sell, sell. Even though it's really, you know, it's not an order, it's a deal. So, particularly when they're listed for product development. But, you know, we need to, you know, You need to actually do some small things to begin with that are doable and indicate to people that we are doing the things that we want to and seriously want to move forward. I think it's also important, if you agree with this question, that But we made some specific effort to tell the students to, you know, with what shift we were going, how, what is our plan for accomplishing these goals? Not just, you know, planning this guy, we want to do this stuff, but how, how are we going to accomplish it? What are we going to accomplish now? What are we going to do? And in all those, there's a point in which one would be consistent from the biggest council that comes from the 6th, I'm going to presume, you would know that I'm still going to be here, wouldn't you? The massive count is competing. This year, we had a little bit of a crisis. I think it did really hurt me. I think, you know, from what you told me tonight, the fact that we're going to have to fight back. I think we're going to have to fight back. We're going to have to fight back. We're going to have to fight back. We're going to have to fight back. I was going to say that we thought about the signs, whether they would strike on street signs or what, and kind of expanding to define the area that was on the map. And I think, exactly, it's about how, in the area, the community is getting more and more pressures on board. If all of a sudden you see, I don't know why I think I'm trying to go as simple as some of the side streets, but if you see people start to And that's not always the start to make it look better. The problem is that I'm not going to be testing tape that probably won't get it clean or that it doesn't have it. It kind of feels it starts where it's frequent, change. So it's better than deciding that, but it starts feeling like, yeah, we're tired of it. So I think that's a quick point to make. So I want to say to all of our folks here today, the easiest thing you can do is fix the banking issue. That's the biggest complaint all the time when you're a visitor and when you're a business owner. And it's just as simple as coming up with some rules move in two years. And that's not, that should not be allowed. I mean, we don't have enough spaces. The study we just did said 240 spaces were landed. And yet you're allowing cars to park permanently on the street. And that is a signature for the business that's being landed. We've got to fix that. That I know nobody wants to talk about Perkins. We want to talk about Kate Perkins and her husband. Kate Perkins is one of the most extraordinary women in the world, and it is one way to deal with these issues. I think that some people are going to do the same.
I love the idea.
I don't know if it's fair for you to say that Dr. Blaschek, if you took chemo and brought it all the way across and fed all the way to your client right there, if you created that as a possible way to put some effort into making those employees feel safe, I think you'd be amazed at how many people would refuse to let you fly, because already we get a ton of people using the digital train to move their way back and forth. And one of the things, when you guys heard of this whole thing you talked about, what is a little train, and I always think about it as a little train. And I think people don't realize that sometimes it's just hotel for that many years. I was talking to my managers at the new hotel across from my table in Winnipeg, and they were amazed at how many people stayed there one particular time. From there, You can't pick up a bag from a house for sale anywhere within the bag half a mile in the whole town, and it doesn't fit in the distance of the house. Close all the time. Unlockable for all time. It's a drawback. That's all. That goes way out, those vehicles go way out into the country by doing things like enforcing more measures for cleaning your yard when you're moving, and the vehicles from the street up and down to campus and grocery. It would be simple, but early on the blocks, I have to be able to do it. Same thing with parking, we already have regulations on parking, we just don't enforce it. I think there's simple things you could do that really wouldn't cost you any money other than just put some stuff on and begin with that. I think we should consider making a planting, some backgrown trees, maybe some black pardons in that tiny part by the corner of it. some benches there so people can go and take the dog and the kids and just go hang out in the shade to get out of the game. I don't think that would cost a lot of money. I think we could put them in a car, but we have to drive all the way right away. But we could just take a corner of it and make it just a pleasing part of our camp. So this is the last thing that we're going to do. We're going to say to him, say this last thing that I want you to do. This is the last thing that I want you to do. Say it one last time.
Then you're going to go through that.
You're going to do this. Then you're going to do that. And then you're going to do that. And then you're going to do that. And then you're going to do that. And then you're going to do that. And then you're going to do that. I don't care. They don't want me. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. I think it's really interesting to ask him, how do you think, how do you think that these people are going to be able to speak to you, and what sort of questions are you going to be able to answer? Because if you don't know very well how to speak to me, it's not going to work for you.
It's just going to work for you.
It's just going to work for you. that what would make the most sense to buy this for $4,000? So the answer is yes. And we suggest that you sell it for $4,000. So what do you want? What do you want to do? I think that I want to have this for $4,000, because that would increase the cost.
That's how you buy it. That's how it's paid.
sources, and for some of the sources worldwide. You know, it's a discoverable process, this process. It's the framework of activities that we have to stick to. and there's things that you can do in the short term. So the thing that's helpful is a concept that's extremely new, new challenge to these things that are useful to me. So there's always a reason to come back with that, because there's always something new that's possible to make a change and create a change. saying, on the basketball court, this and that, and so on, so on, and so on, and so on, and so on. Or it's not. So we can do this, this, and the other. What we do, and I'd like to do that, what we do, and why we do it, is start to think, especially when you're listening to me, and then you can reach that point, the most important So we're going to have to get it done. Well, you know, the other thing that I think is really useful about the national security issue is when you incorporate the concepts, you know, the ideas, the values, as we still call them in the culture, it's not just about what the city does and doesn't want to do and what money the city doesn't want to put into it. If we have bring support from the community itself. Their opportunity to see patients, to see projects funded through the interest of other stakeholders, and they will be filling the slot and moving projects forward in the future in a way that, you know, that it's the future of health care, for instance, not as, I don't want to talk about this, gosh, it's all. But those same cultures will still be around to say, hey, I'm here. I want to help if you can speak to the firemen. This is our plan. This is what we were going to do. I'm going to do this. And people will move forward. There are tons of important things to do. But to finish the projects that we started, we were placing a sort of lab center, you know, not with the language, but teaching students how to use language. And I think the two countries, including the Spanish community, are really crucial. And if I could just throw that out there. I've seen many, many workers, and so on, and so forth, and so on, and so on, and so on, and so on, and so on, and so on, and so on, and so on, and so on, and so on, and so on, and the feelings of a lot of business owners that aren't using free bonds. Because they feel like anything that's done by a business owner that doesn't have a free bond discussion about how do you start including other people into this whole plan. And I think one of the best things that Sibel and I were just doing, and you can follow the channel on the video, is to minimize the confusion. And I think one of the best things that Sibel and I were doing was basically a third city up in Tucson. have these designated areas and how they want things to work. They decide how they want traffic and things to be able to evolve and grow around in the community. And so the whole town, to me, is just one piece of this puzzle. We have mainstream. We have news outlets. So they do have a history going on. It's quite a bit. We have news outlets.
from 8th and 9th Street up to Clarkton. All these areas are very unique, and they have their own challenges that we really have never done anything to decide how we want those areas to look.
And we are possibly looking to be able to change them in our areas based on what specific property we're going to use, what we're going to sell, and what the city needs. And you guys recently, if I can take a few minutes, It's necessary, maybe not in the way of what you're presenting, but we have this community plan, and I think we need to actually break it up into smaller areas, but just for more people to feel like the future is not as big and how to deal with it. But it is happening, and it's happening, and it's happening, and it's happening, and it's happening. So I think it is just as and what needs to happen in order to get rid of it. that makes me surprised at how great this conversation is going. So, I'm going to take a moment to ask a few more questions for me about anything that we're working on, or that's a focus that you managed to bring in before it's so hard to rely on, or find for some of the questions and issues, but will promise to be answered. Is that it? Will that be replicate what we found in the country we're talking about, or will it be different? No, no. The purpose of it is to get a little bit deeper into the science behind it. So if I was your counselor, we started the process from that, and we're starting to get to the point where we want to get to that. And so, feedback that we've all had given so far, the responses from our Western researchers, I think are important in order to transition back to the expression that we're talking about, the exercises that we're doing, and those are some key things that we're working on. So, times in here, and I don't know. I mean, it's got to be. It's a self-standard product there, but I don't know how you fit it in. You know, there's this discussion about all the facilities that the city owns, and At some point, it seems like some decisions have to be made about which buildings are going to sell, which ones are going to rise, which ones are going to lose facilities or whatever. I think that's a huge part of how our town looks. I mean, this kind of determines how you want to move if that happens. But I think at some point, and it seems fairly soon, you're going to be packing up these offices and moving up the street. It seems like the city still hasn't made any real decisions on, or at least if they've made decisions, it's possible they don't want to be shared with the public.
And you know, it was for the board member and the campus to do it, but it's not true.
So, very likely to start feeling like actually there's some economic development or reinvestment that could happen here, creating a little more growth in that direction, because right now growth seems to be stuck in the center block. I think there's opportunity going back to what I said about the system and how it can be used. I also think that's a short-term solution by this point. I'm thinking two years before we start using them, a year goes at least. So I think that's enough for now. Thank you so much for being here. These decisions will be played in the next 30, 40, 50, 50, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, And that can go into the parking and everything else. And all of that is going to have to be changed. Even though we, even though those extra parking does have a lot of specific subject areas, there are areas where you're going to be seeing a loss in terms of, because in order to possibly accomplish the safety of the parking, we may need the city building. So, that may not be the starting point. how well they might not be made accessible, but they're there, and they make sure that the property is doing what it needs to do to help them. So, again, but I think that's a high recommendation, and in the planning, what you're asking is exactly what it should be. Okay, if there are any more questions, if there's no opportunity to ask any, we'll be asking some more of them. So, I think it's going to be more than that.
I think it's going to be more than that. I think it's going to be more than that. I think it's going to be more than that.
I think it's going to be more than that. I think it's going to be more than that. I think it's going to be more than that.
