I want to extend discussion on a personal public hearing and final budget for fiscal year 2026-2027. Good evening and good morning. I'm Cassandra. Hi, I'm Cassandra Sanchez-Jergen. We're here to attend a talk about it. I want to show that I'm so excited about it. Well, it's not a bad thing. That's what people think. It's okay, you know. Well, it's not a bad thing. Good morning, this is the presentation and discussion of the 2026 National Women in Civic Asia and Civil Rights Foundation. As you already know, we've had many conversations and discussed a number of ground presentations, and at the presentation of this event at the service center, we published our own picture for the required two weeks. and we are going to show you some of our products. We are going to talk a little bit about the products that we are going to show you. We are going to show you some of the products that we are going to show you. So, we're doing a lot of advertising to do this in a way that we have to take care of. And that's what we're trying to do. So, I just want to point out that we're going to include our ODA website for the next two years. We're also going to do a website. We're going to do a recommendation of ads on our Wi-Fi for our best service programs. So the first one was $160 a month budget, and then some benefits to the human resources department budget for some items that were left out. And I think that this is something that is a very important thing to do, to be able to speak about how rich we are as a country, as a country, as a country. So, I think that this is a very important issue. And there is a design decision for them to actually discuss whether or not the registry is going to have a cost and evaluation, whether or not they're going to be compensational for those changes, and whether or not they're going to be compensational for those changes that were presented in the proposed budget. Um, and, uh, as I said earlier, we're also a particular percentile of the PPL's budget. Um, so I'll go to the next slide. Are there any, anybody have any questions about that? Okay. My family in general is a very similar kind of race. None of them are non-Chinese, but several of us got to meet with Secretary of State Evelyn Fontes, who got mobile busing services for that, and they've done an effort to make services like time for busing services between the military, public, and telemarketing busings available to our community. that is going to come first. The last thing we're going to attend is our next class, which is a craft leadership class. We will be traveling to Alabama on a team for our final subject, and we're looking forward to graduation. On Saturday, May 23rd, I recorded the 150th anniversary of the founding of the town of Jerome. which was held in the ruins of the Barco Hotel. It was a very long event, with various interesting historical presentations throughout the day. After that, I joined Reverend Chairman Supervisor Richard, quite the only new Robin Codone Ballard, and Catholic Councilmember Bob Lutz, that we could do actions in our community, such as commissar governing and executive committee chair Keith Goldberg, in saying a few words in honor of Memorial Day. My thing was, what is so well anticipated? And apparently successful, seeing as the city ran, and its staff and council presumed the accomplishments of the current year. each other during the annual report. Copies of which are widely available at a social media place. March 31st, the New Orleans Firecracker, which was really fun. It was a beautiful day. But we've always had kids, which is why we would like to have them back. So, this year we'll work on recruiting some more kids. But, um, I think it was a great event. And the magic, believe it or not, was this. This morning was the third of the county-sponsored water resources and open space committee meetings, which included information from some of MSN's water experts in discussing efforts and policies to manage our resources. So, that's my list of events. I have a few things to add. On May 21st, I was here at the Liberty College Chamber of Commerce next year at the National Bank of Arizona. This provided us with a better opportunity to learn more about our local businesses. And last year, December of, on May 26th, a woman came for a new business, Eagle Lone Drone Energy. tech community for videos and videos to help sell property, to promote a business, and I returned back to now the construction project. I also learned that Matt was the only provider of this service in the entire 30-day. This is the only other thing I managed to add was And we're not going to show this back right away, so we're not going to do that. Thank you. Are you able to update some activities? I don't know. It is worth mentioning that we do have a coffee break with counsel coming up here before our next meeting, so please come and listen to it, because it's Thursday on the 11th from 4 to 6. So please come to be there and have a cup of coffee and maybe a snack and We'll be talking about the direction for the old-time master plan. Okay. Next, we have a presentation. You have a presentation of the Analectic to the Greater Vertical and Integral Kindness, which in accordance with the agreement between the Chambers and the City of Cognizant. Good evening, Mayor and members of the Council. I have to say a few comments before I first introduce myself here. I would like to thank all of the other people who are part of this committee for giving me the opportunity to make comments for the annual update. The panel resource funding from the city is here. The student council has the funding set at $101,000 per year. We are at the presentation review period. As part of the ongoing agreement between the chair and the city, The subject serves as an opportunity for person members and service staff to review accomplishments and engage in meaningful dialogue. There will be a presentation we can show on July that will include specific questions for the 27 finalists, not the current finalists, but the services as part of the contract extension. So it's never been more effective on the topic we're on. And that's how we see you with help more in the future. I remember at the time that I gave a show that the relationship between the city and the children was about a common thread that I learned over time, that I'm a great commitment to serve our business community for life. But I decided to create a family private business environment through private infrastructure, through non-processing, and everyone looked at our new strategies to turn this resource into a great time of their life, and how the business marketing network and advocacy of these resources can help our businesses grow day by day. Together, we're going to talk about how we're going to deliver competitive price to our business, and how to improve the turnover of our business. Thank you. Thank you for having me. You're welcome. I don't know, we've been together for a long time. We've been together for a long time. We've been together for a long time. So it's very exciting for me. In order to thank you, this number is just very big in the business community. and I like a lot that the noise of businesses coming to Ribbon Fence and it means a lot to the businesses and it means a lot to us as well as the partners. So thank you for all your time today. I do would like to take a moment just to acknowledge I have several board members here and I appreciate them being here to support me. Do I have to go back through the button? Are you ready to click? There you go. How do you do this? So, on the map, we have linked two visitor centers for the city of Fort Worth, one in Oakland and one off the Coastal Parkway. And so, we've got, I'll give you a little bit of an image of the neighborhood. And as we can see, the numbers are slightly down as far as total visitors to our actual visitor site. There's anything to be done because it looks like I only compared the numbers to bedpads. Bedpads numbers are up, so they're obviously selling in our hotel. They may not just be walking through our hotel, so it's kind of hard to talk to them that way. Always interesting to me, too, is that One of the reasons was just that, you know, we talked a little bit about that for a couple of months, and for a while there, that was kind of, we're happy with the same, but I'm happy with the same, but I hope I will show up and begin to see more of those places we're staying with them, which is great. So, this will be a show Thank you. community. So, again, they're the background of the community and our organization, and we can help them with that then. If I can do a detailed statement, and not a, I guess, statement, but a popular one. So, for instance, if you say, well, let's see a little bit about Black Lives Matter, I also want to suggest that we're going to go back and a little bit of comparison. It's in some other ways less the way to live life. People kind of do this the other way around, obviously, but seeing that revenue in general So, what do you think of this thing? A little bit of a breakdown of our panel, but I'm going to bring this one right around to a little bit of a break-in. I do receive, I should say, a tax report from the state, not state, and that's where I report reports from out of the municipalities. So, it's also pretty interesting for me in what it's seen and the way they compare between the other municipalities and the very valuable ones in the group. Something that I don't do well. Some of our business and community patients, I'll tell you, the runners that I do, I don't know how we're keeping up on it, but just the two of us, we are hustling constantly. Last month, we just about every week, we had at least three women cutting for celebrations. And that's a little bit tiring, and I appreciate you coming out. I think if you look closely at a lot of these pictures, you'll see how if you do in the So I think the community of Disney is one of our similar areas, right? We have one of our most important areas of marketing, local radio and newspapers, and I think that people are seeing that. And we're getting a lot of young business owners coming in, entrepreneurs. paper and you could wrap it through the front door, which you couldn't miss. For one night of the day, I found many, many celebrations. A combination of 65 chamber and community events with about 5,000 contender attendees at each of those events. So, I went online for another press event volunteer hours. That's roughly 6,000 hours. I've been more likely to get volunteers stepping up than really popping up. as an investment in businesses, many of which are not a part 21,000 huts in 2024, and we're at about over 500,000 in the past year, so that's pretty significant. I know that anybody can make visits to the site. Jobs are actually in positions that are online. And there are others, but I would love to see a way for us to find out what happened. They came to our website. They found a job. They applied. Did they apply? Did they come through the same? Was there a follow-up? I don't know what the team said, but it would be nice to know that that seat looks right. They see Audrey. I don't know if that has to do with Marshall's moving in, or if it's the anticipation of us going south. So, everything seems well within the top five, so that's exciting. So, the media, again, continues to grow, and I met their newsletter. This year, both of us are in community engagement. We've been very lucky in that we have a husband and daughter who took our time to attend. We're four times our time. And I'd like to let you all know, this Thursday, June 12th, we are hosting our second COVID-19 expert, who will be over here at the community campus. a great field, a great conference. Come join us. So, we're going to have a little bit of time, obviously, to talk about the social collaborative business community. businesses and it's a really neat program. At the end of the day, I have at least three friends that I can implement into their business that day, which is pretty exciting. And again, the Chamber is happy to support and help us with that. Thank you. We've got one more question. So, as we talk about the business community, we also have which was pretty exciting. I remember when we were getting five to six in a year, and that was, you know, great. And now we're getting five to six a week, which we tried as much as we could, so it's been great. Now I'm a co-host and co-founder of Junko, we're the city's partner. We had 30 businesses last year, or just last year, with 90 attendees. as well as other state partners, so thank you for using our... So, we're done here. And again, thanks for your patience with Michelle and partnership. We really wanted to kind of give you a little bit more understanding of our execution plan and your tests. I always think we're working on our training sessions that are live for our business. We're now beginning to see the software take off. People are beginning to use it now. I'm sure there are a lot of people who are trying to navigate this part and using that. We have roughly six, five projects that are currently hosting the regular meetings there. I think there have been numbers of actually 15 workshops there. many workshops. I think some of the hot topics will be like the talent fair, or quick break season, and the requests that we're getting, like the topics that people want to see, and trends that people want to see. So we're helping with that, and we have a lot of them out there in those workshops as well. We have a very large Hispanic community here, and a lot of those businesses can use those resources, and we've been working hard at building those relationships over the last six years. We really do want to become a resource hub. We're doing it right now for Senate outreach. I'm not sure what I would like to see happen, but that's the final model that the President of the House of Representatives is in. We have now a Hispanic member of the chamber, and that's been kind of our goal at the New York House of Representatives. We're getting a lot of interest in the Spanish community and wanting to participate in the country on the board so we can start moving forward. about Business Resource Center, you can explain to me how that Business Resource Center works relative to the one at ISBDC. So, we actually are working with ISBDC to host a community or we'll have a joint meeting with them as well. They're an amazing partner at VDC. They obviously offer certain services that we can't, but as a resource for them as well, they don't want to host or do different workshops there as well, and they have to. So we definitely look forward to working with them. And they have a lot of different style of resources that we're just not able to, and they have those other resources. So I'm going to publish it with all of you. They're expanding the services through and the contact through the visitor center. I don't know if that looks like it's more digital versus print. Although it's interesting, the majority, I think, the demographic that does come through the visitor center is a little older generation. to make your own options. As I said, the most important is to cultivate again an inclusive, collaborative business community. Again, it's one of the opportunities to have professionals in a day-to-day plan. We recently, I think it was, I think it's been roughly six months, we launched a team of but we're looking at how we're going to be able to get back to where we were. I know you've heard this all about it, but Wilson and Woods was specifically a vet for us, you know, in every day, right? And there were some services out there, right? And I've talked to many of them, and we have thoughts on, you know, communications that would like to bring that back. So that's kind of what I wanted to talk to you about in this conversation. Okay. And that was amazing. Again, another one that was a lot of work. It was a lot of work. In fact, two months in the industry, the very last minute, we were worried we were actually going to get any attendance. We ended up with three businesses cut off. So one of the businesses we were able to change the window from their services, we went over 1,500 attendees. And I've heard that our strategic plan was to go down as much as we can in some parts of the chamber. And the way we're doing that and doing that, obviously, is all about enhancing our digital presence. So, just into our online directory, as we know, as well as for our special media presence, It's a general membership, so we tend to promote members as well as community members. So, I would say city council and other organizations should apply that. And, so, thank you. Thank you very much. So, running the noise is not the business. So, again, you know everything about the media and the social media. I do love to interview you on there sometimes. It's really great to come down on the podcast and talk to you folks despite this one. And also on YouTube, too. It's a great opportunity for us to get some experience with our members. and we're going to have to revisit that one. It's exciting. People are, again, seeing the state of the chamber and kind of walking through it a little bit. I've got a question. Sure. On September 3rd, we stand on 10-1-3-3-8. that we need to bring up. Last year, kind of kind of first year, another one of our friends at the Virginia Health Center, we had just about a million of those people doing work as a community, as a community chamber of care. And so this year, we're the first year as well to bring that up, which is, well, at least that means we get to start coming to larger groups and hopefully doing the Berger Valley Newspaper. And we have a black writer consultant, Karen Henderson-Bowne, who was staffed at the Federation Research Center. She is an amazing lady. One of the members of the outside business was her sister, so she was doing the non-profit work. She got a hand in the business, became the main, you know, co-founder as a non-profit expert. And so she was ready to come down And so she's having us research other grants that we can apply for. And just anyone that can help and somebody that we can, you know, contact is on this. So ultimately, the plan with the foundation is obviously to continue to name the business research center and providing services there. But at some point, we'd like to be able to see some kind of a company come to the chamber as well as an administrator. and resources. This year, for Chicago, we got $32 million. We got $34 million for Seattle, but the other time, unfortunately, we got notice that we did not receive that grant, but there were many others that were applying for it. The nice thing about this resource center is it's completely grant funded. So for the last three years, we've received roughly $15,000 in grants. was able to remodel the entire fleet, change the packaging, add some furniture, some technology, and diagram on it. So that's exciting. And I hope we can continue to sustain that even better. All right. Thank you so much, Stephen. I want to just have to go to the window. We're hoping that we're going to be able to do that. We're going to see it. I think that's something that I want to ask you to allude to, that when I said that I had many businesses, when I hooked up with President Powell, that's exactly what we did, was we had a list of businesses and went out to towns, met people, gave them cards with their names on them, how we could help. And Michelle is very willing to do that with me, and I think it's great for all of us, and we'll be thrilled. And that's all I have. Thank you. Some more questions for you, so if we have a couple more. Most of the research projects came back to us through Sure. So, um, many years back, I don't know if any of you clicked on this, I'm not sure if you clicked on it, but one of my friends, one of my friends, agreed to come in as a fiduciary authority OTA, and I kind of, on that word, that we're going to be restructuring. We've always been a very smart and, I think, mighty board. So, right now, it's kind of a nice sign of how that we're going to be the president of the state. And, as I said, I'm the vice secretary for the board. So, before we progress, we're doing the best we can. You know, the majority of our merchants in our town area are unoperated, so it's a difficult program to find extra time to fill on the board. There are other projects I've been managing. I feel like I'm not really committed to that kind of position, but I've been very willing to All the other information has been shared with them. There's definitely a lot of communication between the merchants and the association. That's another thing we're looking to do. Another thing we're working with Michelle and Mario to work on it. I hope it's very clear to you what's happening and what's expected, what we'd like to see happen. We also went and bet on the business in my town, or worked for a business in my town. So these are some of the things that, working in my town and contributing to our community, we were able to provide scholarships, $2,500 a month or something. So that's what's happening. There's probably some work to be done. That's again going to be a challenge. But, you know, I think it's an important organization. I think it's a great way to bond between the merchants and the city. And value is up to you. Thank you so much. I know this is hard to say. Thank you for letting me go. And, you know, I'd like to let the community know it's a passion of ours. And I think so much of it is a promise. And this is so important in that. I appreciate that. Thank you. I appreciate it. I have to say that I have a very good teacher. I was 19 years ago. You know, that community is everything. And I don't know what I want to be when I grow up. I just want to grow up. We got lucky. We got lucky. And we're not going back at all. But a number of chambers, to your point, have really backed, backed that. And they're trying to build that. And this chamber has really, really, really stepped up. And that is the future. And we support a number of nonprofits. And anyway, so we're in the non-profit, 7-1-2-3. And so this is, from this non-profit, I mean, that is, by the way, that is, I'm proud of that. Every dollar, we've seen this before, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, every dollar, We're not in there without all your support, so thank you so much for being involved in this. Well, I just think that the interconnectedness that it brings to the community I think that it's really significant that we get to come up with one another through the chamber in such an important way because, you know, for every event that we attend, every time we need a new bus installer or, you know, come to an event, we're making connections that are significant, not just for the both of us, but for the city as a whole. So, how many, you know, I saw how many, so I see how many questions there are. Is there any way of detecting or having a way to find them? That's a very nice question. Unfortunately, some of my analytics through our website, they see the visits to the site. They're on the call to the public by submitting a written request to speak on to the city clerk related in the conclusion of the information report's update portion of the agenda. There is a three-minute time frame per speaker. An outcome that shall be addressed to the council as a whole and as a member of their own staff or audience. The mayor may direct the speaker to stop speaking and move the podium or attend a meeting if anger becomes disorderly or uncivil. It's personal attacks against impersonal persons, or if the mayor determines that the speaker is speaking about items that are outside of his or her authority to have. I do have a single request to speak. What would be your reason? Thank you, Mary. I wanted to point out to the Council that we're going to have a ceremony soon. There's no date for the ceremony. Next time, there's going to be one. I don't know if I'm going to be able to do it tonight, but I'd like to. This year being the mid-year and the term of action, we don't have as high offices. I think the federal board will be less. James, I'm a super-large friend, but I would imagine in 2028, if we don't set a system in the city for addressing this problem, we will have jobs. going to say I'm not camping, or she's simply looking at the sign and saying, well, I have signs thrown over spaces on public property that are near my home, and I'm going to see if that would end the work, and I'll read these signs and what's going on. And there's already, there's a lot in place for signs, and it's a really nice one, and it's an extra $1,500, but I don't know if that's a nice amount. I want to talk to someone. I want to talk to you. I want to leave you in the paper. I want to talk to you. So that everyone will notice and stop trying this thing. As someone who opposed and used plastic, and someone who steered a political style in the first week of a peaceful life, I'm made angry by it. If I can help in any way, like by setting up a skin revolution, because I know that's not fun, I want help. I don't want to have to relive the sorrow in 2020. Thank you. The next is Resolution No. 3319, a resolution delivered in the State Council of the Pacific Department of the Senate, where it will be the Chief Fiscal Officer for Officials Submitted to Fiscal Year 2027 in the Rehabilitation Report. Please hear us in order to examine. This is Resolution No. 4-0-1, a resolution that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Portland is open to the City of Liberty and Greenland, which is now open to the free Liberty District. following a resolution of Group 3-4 of December 2002, a registration of the Mayor of the City Council of the City of Pottinger, Louisiana, to back the City of Pottinger Board and Commission Member's Act.
