City Council - Regular Meeting

The Cortez City Council received a training session from Sam Light, General Counsel and Deputy Executive Director of the Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA), on risk management, liability, and best practices for elected officials. The training covered topics such as open meetings law, ethical conduct, and the legislative-administrative distinction in local government.
