Um today is a special session of the board of trustees um regarding um hiring of employees. We um off made conditional offers to two employees, one for a full-time labor position in the highway department, one for um a shared position between water and wastewater. Conditional offers were made. Um, background checks were done and and the two passed with flying colors. So, I will take a pause and step back and before we vote, ask the clerk to take a roll call. So then I would make a motion to hire Mark Renado for full-time interdep departmental shared laborer mechanical position in the wastewater water and wastewater and roadways and facil facilities department at a rate of $27 per hour effective May 4th or as mutually agreed upon with a sixmonth probation with a six-month probationary period. And I will make a motion to hire Felix Bonitez for a full-time laborer position in the roadways and facilities department at a weight rate of $25 per hour effective May 1st, 2026 or as mutually agreed upon with a probationary period of six months.
