AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To designate certain parcels located within the Midline Development Area as a Priority Investment Area pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 122.161; to declare said parcels as brownfield sites requiring environmental remediation suitable for redevelopment; and to authorize a five-year tax exemption for improvements to such property pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5727.76.
