AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 621.07 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as enacted by Ordinance No. 54-74, passed March 25, 1974, relating to menacing of a healthcare worker.
Also decided: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to exercise the first option to renew Contract No. PIRC 2024-04 with Baumann Enterprises, Inc. for the demolition of various buildings and structures, disposal of related debris and materials, restoration of sites, relocation of employees, tenants, and affected facilities, and construction of temporary relocation facilities, for the Department of Port Control.
