ID#26-0782 FLD2026-05010: Flexible Development approval for Social and Community Centers, the Carlouel Yacht Club (accessory outdoor amenities - tennis courts and pool area and overnight cabanas) in the Institutional (I) and Preservation (P) Districts as a Comprehensive Infill Redevelopment Project for the property located at 1091 Eldorado Avenue. The buildings do not exceed 50 feet in height and 59 on-site parking spaces are proposed. Requested is flexibility for the use, reduced off-street parking for the site based on a parking demand study, and reduced landscape buffers along the property lines through a Comprehensive Landscape Program.
