The extra little bit will determine like who's elite eating. Yeah. All right. Call to order the Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 Chesa Planning Commission meeting. Liz, will you take a role? Yep. Commissioner Austin here. Bossw here. Campbell here. Kerber here. Perie here. Roasted. Sailor here. Urbansky here. And chairperson brass here. Uh, with that, we'll just move in to adopt the agenda. I'll make a motion to adopt. Is there a second? Second. All those in favor?

I opposed. Motion carries. uh visitor presentation looking a little sparse out there. I'm imagine there's nobody online. Okay. So then we'll move on to and approve the previous meeting minutes. Um make a motion to approve those. Second. Second. All those in favor? I I opposed.

Motion carries. Those are hereby approved. Uh consent item item six recommend approval of the final site and building plan for the MSB city of Chaza municipal building. So now would be the time for any final questions for the staff or city? When when's when's it going to be finished? [laughter] Dumping right to the good stuff. It's not done yet. Very similar. I don't know if you remember kind of follow similar pattern what we did with public service.

But the idea would be that things go out early next year. So June to August of 27. But you know some of that stuff you don't know until you're in the ground.

Yeah. Okay, with that I'll make a motion to recommend approval of the final site and building plan for MSB City of Chaska PC 2025-9. Second. Second 30. All those in favor? Opposed? That motion carries. Our only action item, the replacement of me and and Todd, I guess. Um should we separate this into two probably or does it matter? Start motions.

Yeah. Um it doesn't it could be one motion and so that way it helps facilitate the discussion. Okay. It's probably not over overly um involved here, but let's just make it two motions just just for the hell of it heck of it. You want to maximize the motions you need before you're done?

Yeah, maximize [laughter] the motions. So obviously uh Commissioner Bansky I'll recommend uh approval or recommend him taking over as chair u after I step down at the end of this month here or this meeting. All those in favor is there a second? Second second. All those in favor I I

opposed and that motion carries. And this is a little more a tough one. I tried to reach out to reach out to everybody. Um there's couple people not returning or at least one person not returning and then there was um support for Commissioner Asen and support for Perie and so um then a couple of you said you didn't want to do it which is completely fine too. [laughter] I don't you know I think anybody's fine doing it. It's I don't think there's want to put over importance on this. Um, this is tough for me because only one person can do it. Um, and and so I kind of emailed you earlier, Commissioner Asen, there I had a few people support Commissioner Pertie for it and so I'm going to start there. Um, and then there's we had support for Asan as well. So, I'm sure every, you know, everyone can vote, but

and it can always change, too. I'll make it easy. I'll I'll nominate it. Okay. All right. It's like I [laughter] was like, you both wanted to do it. I'm like, ah, this is weird, you know, like and ultimately in a year you guys can vote again, [laughter] change things up. But I'll recommend Commissioner Pertie as vice chair. So, I'll make a motion for that. Is there a second? Second. All those in favor? I opposed. That motion carries. Um, other business. Is there anything else like to discuss with the city? Tell them the salt of roads a little better or something. No. Okay. I'm not going to carry that message. [laughter]

They haven't slept in a while. Built up a whole pile in your front driveway. They're out there at 2 in the morning. I'm like, you got to do [laughter] it better as I'm like sleeping. I just uh I just had a thank you for seven years service. That's pretty incredible. Yeah, I appreciate it. Thank you for helping out and taking over. Um it's been my pleasure. It's been great. Probably be back at sometime. Just love real estate. It's what I do. So, right now I wanted to take a break, but maybe in a few years I'll be back when some of the kids, one of the kids or both the kids leave.
