Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the regular meeting of the city of Charlestown Sanitary Superboard. Today is August 6th, 2026, and it is 9.01 a.m. Please join me, or sorry, this meeting is being live streamed by Under Production Multimedia. We'll start with our Pledge of Allegiance. Thank you. Good morning. Just a couple of items. One that I did brief the board on last month, which was the June report. You actually have a physical June report in your packets today. Very important. I always try to get those to Donna for legal documentation or whatever she needs. But you do have those. Nothing has changed, obviously, from the report last month. So June was a good month as well. The one other item that I have for your consideration today is an agreement. I have a managed service agreement from SRI, or Systems Integration Resources. Mr. Josh Campbell, what this agreement is is for our security system. which encompasses all of our cameras and our door access and egress systems. And Josh is on call to manage those for us. By virtue, it is an annual agreement. I wanted to present it to the board and seek approval for that today.

Okay. SIR security does the cities as well here at City Hall. Looks like cloud hosting service, 120 per month, protection plan, 230 per month. Yes, ma'am. And rates for service and labor on page three. All right, I just need a motion to approve.

Thank you. The last thing that I do have, as you pointed out a few moments ago, I did ask Josh Winslow to come today and give a brief summary of an easement clearing project that we're going to have. Josh, can you come up here? Wonderful. Welcome, Josh. Thank you.

Good morning, members of the board. I'm talking about the easement project between the Dollar General and Market Street, clearing an easement for our sewer lines so we can have access to them. We have received two quotes from Genesis Earthworks and Dan Christiani, and after reviewing the quotes, I'm going to recommend that we go with Genesis Earthworks.

Do we have those on a single document? It's probably on a single document. There it is. There's a lot of documents. I was like, where is it? Okay, so Genesis came in at $25,600. And then Christianity Excavating came in at $26,132. And so your recommendation was? Genesis. They're going to do more work for less money, so I like that. Okay, I like that too. All right, so we have a recommendation to go with the lower quote there, $25,600 for Genesis Earthworks. Do we have a motion to approve?

All right, so the first one is 38L, the amount of $33,000 for Jacoby Tunes and Lands. I have one for two for Pace, another 38L, $37,384, and 39L for Pace, the amount of $82,435. These have all been checked by you, Tim? Yes, ma'am. All right. With Heather's help this morning. Perfect, so I just need a motion to approve those SRF requests.

consumer charge-offs in the amount of 303.46 you have the listing there in front of you of the one two three four five six accounts there so do i have just a question about that today it says they're being charged off because they sold the property does that not get charged to the new property owners then donna did you can you explain that i'm sorry i was wrong sorry on the charge-offs charge-offs

said they were all because they sold the properties yes so does that not get you see it's not getting charged to the new owners they do not there's a statute on that yeah that's right you cannot um if if we had filed a lien on it that we would have been able to collect it but no okay yep all right so again that total was 303.46
