All right, ladies and gentlemen, we will call the Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting for July 15th, 2026 to order. We will start with our roll call, please. Chair Koeschel? Here. Vice Chair Bilstein?

We have quorum. Wonderful. Thank you. And we have excused absences for... Commissioner Galla and Commissioner Swartzer. We will start off with our Pledge of Allegiance.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, individual with liberty and justice for all.

Thank you very much, sir. All right, members of the audience may address any item that is not on our agenda, but state statute prohibits this commission from discussing that item if it's not on the agenda, but we may listen to your, or we will listen to your concerns, and we may have staff follow up with you. If there's anyone in the audience who would like to address the commission this evening regarding any issue or item not on today's agenda, will you please let me know by raising your hand? All right, thank you. Seeing none, we will move on to our consent agenda. The items listed on our consent agenda this evening, items one through six, were discussed during the study session prior to this meeting. We will vote on all of them, all of the items, in one vote. And if there's anyone in the audience who would like to speak on any of the items before we vote on this consent agenda, please raise your hand. All right, seeing none, do we have a motion for our consent agenda?

I'd like to make a motion that we approve the consent agenda for July 15th regular meeting as presented.

Thank you, Commissioner Quinn. Do we have a second for motion? Mr. Bilstein, thank you. We have a motion and a second. All in favor of approval of our consent agenda, say aye. Aye. Aye. opposed all right motion carries unanimously and to the audience our commission is a recommending body we don't take final action that is up to our city council so our recommendation will be sent to city council and the public will have an opportunity to provide comment on these items at that point in time in front of our city council Next up, we will move to any member or staff comments. Commissioners, do we have any comments?

Just a notification that I will be absent on August 19th.

All right. Thank you. And actually... Our calendar does state that we'll be having our next meeting on August 19th. We've been informed by staff that we may not actually have that meeting because of how all of the cases are falling in line for scheduling. So our next regular meeting may happen in September, but I imagine that will go out in public notice and be confirmed whether we're meeting on the 19th or not. But at this point in time, that's still a little up in the air. Any other comments from anyone? Staff? David?

Yes, one announcement. The Planning and Zoning Commission members were polled to see everyone's availability for an October Planning and Zoning Commission meeting where we would hold a retreat. Unfortunately, that date has not panned out because our facilitator told us that she was not available. So we're going to have to find another date that works for the facilitator as well as the entire commission. We do want to make sure that the entire commission is there as well as staff. So we're probably looking at December, early December. So just wanted to let everybody know.
