Yeah, the salt went up just a hair from last year. It's $1.70 higher from one vendor to $75.19, and from the other vendor it's $1.95 higher to $74.95. We typically order salt.

This is a 29-acre tract as we're looking at splitting into a 5-acre tract for residential and a 24-acre tract to retain the agriculture zone. The planning board heard it last week. The vote was 5-0 to recommend approval.

This application was for a minor subdivision of the 13 acre track to be split into a three and a 10 acre track both to retain the residential rule zoning the planning board recommended approval 5-0 with one absent.

23-acre track being split into three fives and an eight-more-or-less-acre track was heard by the planning board. There was one resident that spoke with concerns of floodplain, culvert installs, things of those natures. The culverts were permitted. Proper floodplain development permits were obtained, and those are installed at this point. The planning board recommended approval 5-0.
