Resolution 2651, Cass County Commission rejecting and dismissing a petition seeking dissolution of the Mount Pleasant Township Special Road District. I need a motion. So moved. Second. So they had filed a petition with the commission to dissolve it. We do not believe that it's the correct statutes. So with that being said, I'll probably be reaching out with the Mount Pleasant District Board at some time to schedule a meeting with all of us, which would be a public meeting. down the road a few months i'm going to meet with the presiding commissioner of the district up there so we can talk about we've had lots of people on both sides talk about they want to keep it they don't want to keep it and we're going to figure out how we're going to put it out there and let the people decide whether to dissolve the district or to keep it intact so with that being said all in favor of resolution 2651 Three votes for, zero against. Resolution 2651 passes. Resolution 2653, Cass County Road and Bridge Department approving FNF Petroleum as an additional and accepted 2026 Road and Bridge Department fuel supplier. I need a motion. Wherever. I just want to give you guys an update because I know it affects some of your guys' operations with the extension and everything. It's a little over $25 million project. We're on the final stages, 99% between the lawyers on the final contract. There's major issues that are being addressed, as you all know, where JVQ meets is now. And through there is a stormwater issue. There's going to be a... Detention going to be put in with the road street project that addressed all the stormwater In that area so that will completely deal with the stormwater and then it's going to come over and the roadway comes through the road your grounds and in the ballpark, so we're replacing the ball fields It looks around at least new, I don't care what Grant Raves tells you, it'll be all new fields for baseball and additionally for the softball and then soccer, which will be three additional new fields for soccer and three future fields that will be graded in for soccer as well. And then go up behind the community center where the city already owns the property is where the rodeo grounds will be relocated in and around that area for that project. And so any work we can do with you all and to help with any of the changing that's going on with the extension and the programs out there, we think we've got everybody notified that essentially by July the 4th, Everybody, 4-H, has to have everything out of those buildings, FAA, livestock group, horse group. Everybody that we've been able to contact has been notified that we know of that by the 4th of July, everything has to be out because by July, the contractor plans to start rolling in there. And one of the first things he's planning to do is demolition of that area of North Park to be completed. So, Just want to kind of give you guys an update on that and anything that we can work with you on. We'll help out any way we can.
