there thank you thank you chairman of the commission we have some new faces in the room tonight so you'll see some presentations from a variety of staff members which i think will be a good exercise for everybody you can remember a couple of projects we're working on but like chair goodell said the first thing on the agenda is the district i'm going to uh eastern river county school of the transportation facility and what you're reviewing tonight is our concept plan review So some details about the project, the process, and then we'll get into the conversation with the applicant and the planning commission.
