The number 5 is a resolution to appoint a legal advisor. Can you read that, please? Resolved. It is resolved that the Municipal Council of the Town of Carmel, the commissioners of the Water Districts of the Municipality of Carmel, recognize and grant their consent to the assignment of the current contract for services of operation and maintenance with the Water Districts of Carmel 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13 and 14 to BJ Home Services LLC. And it is also resolved that the supervisor of the municipality, Michael Pacer, is authorized to execute all the necessary documentation, recognize and establish the assignment after the review of the municipal attorney. And it is also resolved that this consent will not serve to modify or amend any of the terms or provisions of the reference contract.

Mañana, el asambleísta Slater viene a la biblioteca Reed para ver el proyecto de cocina terminada donde había problemas estructurales. Y el proyecto completo incluyó vaciar la cocina e instalar encimeras de acero inoxidable y electrodomésticos para que podamos tener programas de alimentos y programas educativos para niños que nunca pudimos tener porque no tuvimos un congelador por 113 años, pero ahora sí. Así que hay un congelador y cocinas de acero inoxidable. Además, hemos firmado un contrato de arrendamiento y vamos a alquilar la antigua guardería de Carmel a partir del 1 de septiembre y tendremos las tres aulas. Y tendremos acceso para discapacitados y acceso ADA por primera vez. Estamos muy emocionados de hacerlo y vamos a tener un corte de cinta el 3 de octubre. ¿Habrá más información para la comunidad?

That's it. This weekend, the Julio Fast Festival starts in St. John's. It will start on Thursday and will continue during the weekend until Sunday. There will be many events, so take a look. There will be music, food, games. It's a great community event. So if you don't have anything to do this weekend, go to St. John's and take a look. Oh, and on September 12th, I will be the host of my annual fishing derby with a fishing clinic together with Councilor Carnes. We have collaborated with the Putinam Federation and the Oasis Club during the last three years. We delivered about 100 fishing rods and boxes to children from the entire Putinam County. We taught them how to tie hooks, put bait on them and fish. Last year, we taught Councilor Luga how to put a worm on the hook. It was very fun. The truth is that we had a great time. The kids can stay with the team so that they can continue cultivating their passion for fishing. Right now, all the squares are full, but we are still accepting replacements in case someone cancels at the last minute. So if you're interested, send us an email and we'll include it on the list.
