So we originally discussed about the OneDrive. Turns out with the email accounts that are provided to the planning board, it'll be another additional cost to get OneDrive access. Oh, yeah. That one, I'm not sure we had to vote on it again because we originally voted to make an amendment to add the use of OneDrive. So we're still currently looking into how we can go about doing that without absorbing any more costs. Yeah.
So if it does cost more money, are we kind of going to be hanging until the next fiscal year?
No, I think the planning board ordinance will be approved either way. It's going to find out if we can make the one drive thing or what type of system we're going to use, whether it's storing it on a computer here. It's really interested in version control and making sure everybody's all on the same page and just like one red line copy floating out there and things like that. Yeah.
You know, the author access for the appropriate people and read all the access.

That's how this works. So it's the closing date for people to voice which session they would prefer to go to or if they can make it to both. This for session one and session two is going to be next week. tuesday the 8th so i think that we should ask the time office to one more time that people know that we're looking for input especially in those two sessions because the last two sessions the ones in october we'll leave those polls open for a little while longer because we've got time yeah um but that'll be up until the 20th of september So people can voice their opinion on the first two until the 8th, on the 3rd and 4th until the 20th. Okay, so that's day one. Right now, it's looking like unless something changes, the sessions are going to be Wednesday the 16th. Yeah, that means... Wednesday the 30th. People are entering Wednesday dates on those two sessions, Wednesday evening. Provided we don't get more feedback, but no, we want to know. So our next working session that we put on the calendar was for, so the 8th is the last day to pull. The 9th is our next working session. And what we're doing in that working session is twofold. We're going to be working on kind of the nuts and bolts of running the meeting. Does that make sense? Yes. Because that meeting will literally be the following week. Oh, the 16th is what it's looking like. Right. So, you know, flip charts and sticky notes and who's speaking to what and the timing of all of that.
