Bill 2026-10, an ordinance declaring the result of the general election held on 7 April 2026 for council members in the city of Cameron, Missouri, three-year term. I will entertain a motion to pass uh bill 2026-10 on a first reading. So move second discussion.

Um I did receive certified election results from both counties. Um county on Friday, front county today. There were no changes in the voting. So everything is exactly the same as anything else. All those in favor of passing bill 2026-10 the first reading say I. All oppose. It passes. Five in favor zero opposed. I will entertain a motion to suspend the rules to pass bill 2026-10 on a second and final reading by roll call. So move second. Thank you. I was letting you jump in there. I mean it's your last. I I'd like to say I really enjoyed working with John and it's been fun and my life he doesn't understand all my jokes sometimes when I lean over and I get no response whatsoever and I worry about that but still it's all right. I mean we're good and uh he did a great job. Hung in there a long time and proud of you. I'll see you at the golf course. you'll see me in executive session. Do you have anything to say?

Um, yes. I just want to thank everyone for coming and um just want to put a few people's mind at ease. Um, apparently there's already been some scuttlebutt about my um being on the city council and also working for Decap County. Um, that was looked into before I even put my name on the ballot. Um, we got a legal opinion. I do not make decisions for Dec County. I am a hired employee. Um, so there is no conflict of interest and if anyone has any questions or anything about that, just let me know. I'm free to answer any questions that anybody has. I got Thank you,
