In the audience here, Andy, we've got Ken and Cody. Pretty small today. Important people, but small. Obviously, there's no board appointment reports. Cody, do you have any?

We've just been working on replacing some customer service lines in the last couple months is mostly what we've been working on. Yeah, our pond cameras haven't worked in forever. I think we need to maybe look into a new camera guy because he just doesn't show up.

We got a camera and I don't, I need an IT guy because For whatever reason it changed. You would open it up and it would ask for a login. You would log in and then there would be four screens. You could search days and everything like that. Now all of a sudden when I go to open it, it just opens up to just the camera. There's nothing to do. I've tried clicking everything you can click. There's nothing to do. There's no recording.

There's no... Is it like a VCR type thing or recording device? No, it's... Is it a computer? It's like the cameras.

Yeah, it records just like these cameras do.

But what's in that box?

Just a computer, basically.

And he always says he's going to be here on such and such day. He never shows up. All right. If you want, I can try.

So on the town sign, I heard you say Kim is going to look at it. we put the wi-fi extender out there and i don't think we got it outside the building i didn't have a wi-fi meter to go out there and look at it but now that jeff said that the owner was not very nice maybe i'll get my guys in here and see if they can't take what he said he left a radio or something he's left up kind of one of those extender type things

He said it was $150, and he left it here for no cost. Yeah, it's sitting in my office.

And he said, well, now that needs to go. He said, since that doesn't work, it needs to go upstairs where the other box is.

Well, we put an extended box up there already. I just don't know if it's not going through the walls. Like we said, I need to see what the reading is out there.

Is there any options for you to tell him to get faster Wi-Fi from TBS?

call TDS and I'll get a couple IT guys here to maybe make sure with the Wi-Fi meter what the signal is out there. I've talked to Clifford Signs several times, you know.

Yeah, and he said it was okay for a little bit, then it stopped. You know, it just wasn't strong or it'd get weak. And then that shut the sign, you know. Because it did have the time and temperature on it.

No, the temperature, I think he's got it because he's played with the screens, and I think he's got two separate screens. One has the time, one has the time intent. So it flips back and forth to one with and one without. But every time the temperature screen kicks on, it has to read the thermometer, and then the temperature kicks in. Gotcha.

If you wouldn't... We'll get the Wi-Fi out there, and if that doesn't work, then he's got to come fix it. Yeah, okay.

All right. New business. Andy, Daniel's still on medical leave. Yes. Cody's going to be away for the weekend and has made arrangements with Flora to cover the necessary paperwork and testing for the weekend. And we would make the payment to Flora. He once paid his rate that he gets paid at Flora. We're not paying Flora. Flora has nothing to do with it. He's just personally coming in.

Okay. How about the sidewalk going from Sanderson Street to the Dollar General? I'm getting a lot of people saying how dangerous it is out there. I'd kind of like to see some... I do.

And the way they ran that sidewalk, they ran it right up to a pedestal and right into the telephone call and stopped it. there's a ditch beyond it so i've talked to indot and we're going to have to put in some film or raise it up and go around that so i can get you a cost estimate the next council meeting or in the next couple of weeks if you wanted to see what that would take and i'll get your permit Well, if the town wants to do that, it might be a few thousand. Would it be just a walking path or would it be a golf path? Well, we just put a sidewalk across there up to Sanford Street. So it'd be a five foot wide concrete sidewalk and we'd go down. But theirs is narrow, their sidewalk. Yeah, theirs is narrow and theirs is, we could need to talk to them about that as well. But we could turn it and take it into the parking lot and their sidewalk could do whatever they wanted to do.

Yeah, so the golf cart would just turn into the parking lot.

Yeah, and then that way they'd be in the parking lot. So it'd be a five foot, if they want a six foot wide, we have to put some fill in there because it's in a drainage niche. Well, so is that telephone pole going to be in the way there? No, we would just go around it. All right. I don't know why they did it into the cell phone. I don't know what they thought they were trying to do. It was probably on the blueprint that way. So I can bring you prices to get it done. We've talked to several contractors. So we know exactly what to do. We just kind of have it move fast enough on its own.

Yeah, I think it's a legit concern. We'll move it faster. Before somebody gets hurt. We'll get it done faster. You know, so... We'll get those numbers together, Andy, and see what we want. Okay.

And also, Mark, our new signs? They are under construction.
