Planning & Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning & Zoning Commission considered an application for the annexation and preliminary plat of the Summit Grove subdivision, a proposed 55 and over age-restricted community. After hearing from the applicant, city staff, and numerous public testimonies, the Commission voted to recommend approval of the annexation and preliminary plat with conditions for R1 zoning and a 55+ ownership CCNR.
