Yes, Madam Mayor, Vice Mayor, members of the City Council, and for the benefit of the public, the City Council is convening closed session this afternoon on one item of existing litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.91 in the matter of Amanda Sim versus City of Burbank. This is a personal injury case. case immediately following closed session at about 5 p.m. City Council will reconvene into open session to receive a study session entitled updates to the accessory dwelling unit ordinance provided by the Community Development Department.
