Yes, Madam Mayor, Vice Mayor, members of the City Council, and for the benefit of the public, the City Council is meeting at 5 p.m. this evening to discuss three items in closed session. The first item is a matter of existing litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9D1 in the case of Maggie Allegria. Henderson versus City of Burbank. This is a trip and fall case. The second item is a matter of anticipated litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9D2 with the city as a potential defendant concerning an auto accident. And the third item is a matter of real property negotiations with the city's real property negotiator, Ms. Simone McFarland, Assistant Community Development Director, concerning 2721 West Burbank, which is the renewal of a family service agency lease and the customary lease terms.
