Good afternoon and welcome to a special meeting of the Burbank City Council on Friday, March 13, 2026. Mr. City Attorney, will you please state the item on the agenda for close session? Yes, madame mayor, vice mayor, council members. Um, and for the benefit of the public, the city council is meeting uh at a special meeting this afternoon at 2:30 to discuss one item in close session pursuant to government code section 54956.9D1 in the matter of Nicholas Gutierrez versus City of Burbank. This is a California voting rights uh case.
