This new business is involved in the agenda as a public opinion on the development agreement that will be issued among the petitioners. This is an independent request submitted by the BDI project applicant. This is also a requirement, as you all know from our general plan, so that the development agreement is submitted along with the specific plan that you have all proceeded to the Commission meeting on August 13. And as noted by the Chairman, the Commission has pointed to the Ad Hoc Subcommittee, which has worked with staff on the development agreement points. Oh, right now we do need additional time to complete the initial determination so that it can be considered by the Commission. And I need to note that the Commission will give recommendations on this matter to the Commission. When we finally have the determination available, the determination will be presented and presented in the staff report. Right now we recommend because we do not have the determination to be shared at this time so that the Commission will listen to the general opinion and immediately postpone it to the next regular meeting on September 24. At that time, we anticipated that we would have initial certainty for the consideration of the Commission and the public. And I conclude my report here. My longest job was in the city of Burning Games for 11 years as a planning manager and community development director. There are many interesting stories in Hebrew. That is the first public opinion hearing for a specific plan. BALANCE and the Council have also received a schedule on the 3rd of September meeting which contains a large line of five public opinion hearings for the application. The date and topic are explained in the staff report on September 3, which is available on the city website at brisbaneca.gov plus meetings. The information is also installed on the balance information page on our website. Then the meeting of the Regulatory Council on September 17, next Thursday.
