Commission - Regular Meeting

The Boynton Beach City Commission unanimously approved a restrictive covenant for four city-owned parcels in unincorporated Palm Beach County, designating them for conservation and natural habitat preservation. The Commission also approved amendments to the city's comprehensive plan and several ordinances, including one for a Marina District Overlay and another for the renovation and expansion of Pence Park.
