So, there are many people who take this place for their own needs. Everyone seems to have liked it and felt happy about it. So far, there has been no problem. It is a great thing for such a large number of people to come to a place like this. In fact, the people who participate in the activities themselves remove their garlands and say, Hey, we like this place. We want to take care of it properly. It is amazing to see. So, it has been well received. So, we are very grateful for that. There is a small update about this event. I would like to share this announcement with you. I would like to share this because there are two rules here. But we are not going to the park on October 1st. One of the reasons to test this is that some of the watch parties and events we held in the park were very crowded. A lot of people want to see our big screen and sit on top of the hill. In the discussions about parks and rec, there was a question about whether we can control more by closing that place. Because if people come on their own, we can't control it. It's outside our gates. If they use the mall, we send people there on the last day and fix it. But in that case, it's not really our responsibility, but we are the ones who attract people there, so we feel it's our responsibility. So, when big events take place, we discussed how to manage the park, and how to manage our environment in a way that people can enter the park with their blankets. Because now, people who come to block the sun are having a little discomfort. Especially those who want to sit on the roof of the tunnel after eating food. When we went there, we thought that we were just setting up a sun, providing a little more security, and everything else would be going as usual. This was the first event called the Octoberfest. We didn't expect much more than we had expected. The main idea was to see this event. We decided to go there. We thought we could use the place with the stalls and pretzel stalls of a few sellers. We thought it wouldn't cost much. When we participated in the planning meeting with you last week, we learned that if you enter the place, you must immediately invite the police. That was a new message to us. It was a huge expense that we did not calculate in advance. This is a very low ticket of $10. Therefore, when we checked the expected revenue numbers and included all these expenses, it did not seem reasonable to take this forward as a small test as we thought. If we talk about the Bluebird Days festival in the 16th and 17th days, that is not a problem. Due to the increase in tickets, we had already prepared a budget for the best police safety, medical facilities, and other expenses. For that, we have taken all the budget and income into account. But we haven't included any of that in this. When it is investigated, it comes to more than a thousand dollars. That may be the reason for us to lose this project. So, the reason why I still want to investigate this is because of the Pray for Snow festival in November. It is a 10-barreled festival. They still want to play that part with us. So, I want to know more opinions through this meeting. If there are any changes or additions or parts, I want to understand them and decide how to move forward by talking to them. So, let me go through the slides here quickly. Of course, we are talking about the pollution in the Shoreline Park area. So, for these two activities, we only use the lower part of the park. We were given more space from the park, but our method was not for these two activities. So, as you can see in this drawing, this is only about half of the park. I can go to the next one, because this is Prey for Snow. So, here it is shown how to use that part of the park. This decoration will open the green belt path in the middle and tie a veil inside it. Since we have that part of the park as the entrance to the ADA, there was a discussion about it being included in the last meeting. So, since we have time till November, we will do it for free. But what you see here are not big tents. They are just different booths. Okay, don't tell me that there are no tents. They are pop-up tents that are 10 by 10 in size. The closed tent facilities are not given. These are some game spaces, activation spaces, things like ski and snowboard tuning, and demos of different activities that we do in the park. Music, entertainment, bar service, food service, etc. will continue on Bluebird social like we usually do. So, this is just a distraction. The reason for the fence is to block the place if it is allowed in the middle. The middle is not sold in the park. It is sold on our property, but according to the rules of the park and recum, people were allowed to take it inside. That is, if more people participate in such events, we have set up a medical booth with two EMDs. We have decided to make sure that the place seen there can be entered directly from the sidewalk or through Bluebird Social. In our last week's meetings, we made sure that those coming in wheelchairs do not have to go through the fence to reach the medical tent. Prey for Snow is run by the public. So, even if someone has to walk outside the gate, it is still in our property. It is possible to enter through the walkway at the end of the trailer. So, in order to pay, we usually operate the box office there. So, it would be very convenient to place a medical tent there, because you can get it from the ambulance or from the main gate if necessary. So, however, it is about 20 feet deep. Then, this is how we operate our air safety systems. You may have seen this on our map earlier. This is a 6th zone for the park. Then, as you know, we use MavSecurity for security reasons. That is why it makes different places safer. There are a number of mechanisms for security.
