Plan & Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Bloomfield Planning and Zoning Commission held a meeting to discuss a zone map change application for 12 Philly Street and special permit applications for 22 Toby Road and 31 Toby Road Unit 2. The public hearings for all three applications were continued to January 29th, 2026, due to ongoing discussions and concerns raised by commissioners and the public.
