The Beavercreek City Council proclaimed February 7-14, 2026, as Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week and approved the rezoning for a new hotel and a residential development. The council also moved forward with the appropriation process for a property needed for the Grange Hall Road pedestrian improvement project and granted a one-year extension for the Project Rainer site plan.
