I wanted to ask about the community of Stalingrad.

Trevor actually asked Shane today in board works meeting and he said he'd be out there depending on the revenue this week or next week.

And I saw the splash pad was fixed today.

I thought a lot of people asked me that too. I honestly don't know.

So they just put a timer on it. What did Shane say? They did like generic timers. So there's a timer that only has power from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 8 p.m. I think. 8 p.m. or something like that. And then to turn it on, you just turn the timer on and it goes for 15 minutes and it turns itself off. As far as I was thinking. Yeah. Long term, it's probably a lot better solution.

Yeah. Good deal. That might alleviate a bunch of problems. I think it sounds pretty simple. Yeah, since it went bad and it was less than a year or so. Yeah. I'd say when they turned it on the water was squirting out of it. That probably might have been the first issue with it.

Yes. It's, this is, we paid a, you guys got to copy the resolution, $44,567.25. $30, that is, it's a wire, we had to do a wire transfer to make, on the bands, temporary bands. to get there in time. The post office, I didn't trust in my kind. They extended the ban to match the closing of the solar project, which sometimes and then it was $151,577.23 to Electric Plus. That's our part that we had to come up with that closes out solar project and things have been paid on it. It's not closed, but I'm starting to think it'll never be closed.

before it looks like ordinance 2026-08 amending salary ordinance 2025-11. i tried to reach out to somebody with the fireworks this year the way it falls it's falling on the actual day before the fourth and that was the day we do a holiday if it's on saturday we take we'll take the friday off if it's on sunday we take the monday off when we did the holidays out this year just the third, because it's usually, the fireworks are usually a week before the fourth. It's not this year. I didn't, wasn't aware of that, so we're asking, because we have people working that day, we're asking them to work, and it's all day, so we just ask to move it to the sixth. I think that makes sense, especially with us needing... Yeah, I mean, because we have street sanitation, and we're setting up, and they have things to do, and then my staff... blesses there, so. Just asking that that be amended. Make a motion.

Yes, uh. Talked to Parks Board last year. They didn't want to do it. Ishmael, when I brought this back up to him, Scott Ritchie reached out and said, Ishmael said to him, how come there's not cameras? He said, you guys didn't vote to do that. So had Scott give us a new estimate for putting cameras over there, it's the amount of $8,131. Plus it'll be, it's like, I think $100 monthly fee for internet. something in that area. That's for all the cameras that I sent you guys. I thought I sent you in the layouts there and pictures where Scott had proposed to put them. We've got them at it. We've got them at most everything else. I think it's a good idea to have them.

I think, I mean, we definitely need them on there. And since we've already got the contract, put them on the other ones. All it makes sense is to just continue with that.

The cameras were really, I mean, you got to use them at school. Yeah, we used the same thing. They used to take me to school. They're good cameras. They did help us with Broadway track down. We had trash cans being turned over. Thought it was a raccoon. Got to look at it. It's a dog.

It's a dog. I think somebody posted on Facebook a few weeks ago this dog. Said it was friendly and wouldn't come around. That's the dog that's doing it. It's going to every trash can. Going to every trash can and getting in it.

But they are, you know, in the past when we've had vandalism stuff up there, that's been very helpful. Helping us recover, catch who did it, and get reimbursed for that.

Mark, a couple people asked me how come their trash pickup got raised. That's what a couple people asked me. I mean, it got raised, what, first of the year? This was just like last month. I was like, no, I don't know unless you paid it late and you got to delete it. I mean, that, you know, that... I mean, if it was paid late, paid after the 17th, I mean, it would have showed up a late fee, but... That's what I told them.
